Who: Sam Winchester
Broadcast: TEXT. Fleetwide.
Action: N/A (but we can if you have an idea, just pm or plurk me!)
When: Today!
These masks continue to be a pain in the ass, huh?
But I guess the alternative is being laid up in bed sick — which I don't recommend, in case you're feeling brave, because seeing the people who took off their masks isn't inspiring any faith here. As for me, I'm needing a little break from travelling around down there in all that questionable toxin. Not exactly my cup of coffee, you know? Prefer more open roads, more green and, uh. An ocean I can smell and not go into coughing fits over.
Maybe I'll just spitball some stuff to pass the time while I question what I'm eating from these kitchens? I'm feeling nosy. Call it an acquired skill set, being nosy. Back in the other place I was trapped in, I mostly gathered information about our bestiary; monsters from all kinds of worlds would fall into the world with us, and I did my fair share of fighting some pretty rough creatures. Including the killer rabbits that would try to sabotage my garden. They're small, fast, and aim for the jugular, FYI.
Anyway, pick a number, any number —
1. Favorite fairy tale, ghost story, or piece of folklore.
2. Favorite thing about the other worlds you've been to? (Least favorite, too, if you're feeling like getting it off your chest? I'm a crappy psychiatrist, fair warning.)
3. Ever run into people who know you from a book, movie, or game? Or, uh... manga?
4. War games — which do you prefer, and why?
5. Magic in your world: real or fiction?
I figure I'm being totally transparent, but I'm a big fan of information gathering. But it's also... actually really nice to be in one place long enough to get to know people. How often do you have the chance to learn about alternate universes? Small pluses.

2. N/A - if this question is meant for other people who were trapped somewhere else before, too. This is my first. I wonder if that means there's a next for me~?
3. I want to be in a manga. Or a movie. That would be cool.
4. Paintball! Or some other kind of direct combat. Weapons are fun.
5. Real. It's more like... just the tip of the iceberg.
[ text ]
2. Could be. This is the third world I've been in, technically. Or... fourth? I've visited worlds for a very short time before, too. The worlds of other kidnapees, I mean.
3. Only cool if they don't air all your dirty laundry.
4. ... Practice gun safety and have fun.
5. Tip of the iceberg?
[ text ]
2. That's a lot... I want to go back home when I get kicked off the air or whatever here, but if this is a trend, I don't want to get my hopes up...
3. Ahh, good point...
4. I always do, and I will! In order. ♥
5. Mm yeah. My town is the only town on Earth where humans and youkai - demons - are live together peacefully. It gets a little wild...
[ text ]
2. Don't worry, I think I'm just incredibly unlucky(?).
5. You have demons and humans who live peacefully? ... That's a first for me. I've noticed youkai are a lot different from the demonic entities I'm used to, though.
[ text ]
2. Good news for me, maybe but still sucks for you... :(
5. Depends on the youkai! And I bet it depends on the... alternate reality or something, too. But even back in my "version" of home, we had bad youkai who wanted to take down the town. Bad humans, too, but... it's harder for a human to do as much collateral damage as some of the more determined youkai.
[ text ]
2. It's all good, I've adjusted.
5. Not very typical for me. Even the nicest demon I've met has been pretty homicidal. But demons in my world are created in very different ways to most I've heard about.
[ text ]
5. Wow. I've seen quite a few very homicidal youkai, but yeah, not every youkai. So I wonder what rules this world plays by? Because there's at least one good youkai here now!
[ NOT NAMING NAMES OR ANYTHING, but being obvious anyway. yolo right~? ]
[ text ]
5. Are you saying you're a youkai, yourself?
[ text ]
5. Half. I used to be human. I was possessed as a child. I'm fine now, but it changed me.
[ She has no clue who this guy is, but he seems alright so far. ]
[ text ]
Not an actual monster created in a lab, though. Yet?
5. I'm so sorry to hear that. Possession from demons is a common occurrence back home... It's never pretty, either.
[ text ]
5. Ah, like I said, I'm okay now! ^-^v But you're right, it wasn't pretty. I was only a child and I still... did a lot of damage. I was lucky that my friend saved me.
[ text ]
2. Your friend? An exorcist, or a hunter, or...?
[ text ]
5. Just a friend. A youkai. She talked me down and reminded me of who I am. You know, sappy stuff~ She's the mayor and protector of the town now, actually. No surprise there! She's always wanted to protect people.
[ Because being flippant about it is totally a great coping mechanism yep. ]
[ text ]
2. I'm glad you were able to get help. I know it's not much, but if you ever wanna talk about it, I've been possessed before, too. I mean, if you ever still have things about it you think about. I know how much all the aspects of it... you know. Sucks. If that's not a complete understatement.
[ text ]
2. Thank you - that's very kind. Same offer goes to you, of course. Talking, story-swapping, anything. Whatever I can do to help.
BTW - I'm Kotoha. SS Heron. Nice to meet you, text-wise at least!

I'm Sam, SS Red Fish. It looks creepy in here but I promise that's just the weird decor. Let me know if you need anything; it's not like I have a full-time job here or anything, and I'm used to being busy 35/7, so. Always willing to lend a hand.
