Who: Sam Winchester
Broadcast: TEXT. Fleetwide.
Action: N/A (but we can if you have an idea, just pm or plurk me!)
When: Today!
These masks continue to be a pain in the ass, huh?
But I guess the alternative is being laid up in bed sick — which I don't recommend, in case you're feeling brave, because seeing the people who took off their masks isn't inspiring any faith here. As for me, I'm needing a little break from travelling around down there in all that questionable toxin. Not exactly my cup of coffee, you know? Prefer more open roads, more green and, uh. An ocean I can smell and not go into coughing fits over.
Maybe I'll just spitball some stuff to pass the time while I question what I'm eating from these kitchens? I'm feeling nosy. Call it an acquired skill set, being nosy. Back in the other place I was trapped in, I mostly gathered information about our bestiary; monsters from all kinds of worlds would fall into the world with us, and I did my fair share of fighting some pretty rough creatures. Including the killer rabbits that would try to sabotage my garden. They're small, fast, and aim for the jugular, FYI.
Anyway, pick a number, any number —
1. Favorite fairy tale, ghost story, or piece of folklore.
2. Favorite thing about the other worlds you've been to? (Least favorite, too, if you're feeling like getting it off your chest? I'm a crappy psychiatrist, fair warning.)
3. Ever run into people who know you from a book, movie, or game? Or, uh... manga?
4. War games — which do you prefer, and why?
5. Magic in your world: real or fiction?
I figure I'm being totally transparent, but I'm a big fan of information gathering. But it's also... actually really nice to be in one place long enough to get to know people. How often do you have the chance to learn about alternate universes? Small pluses.

1. Orihime and Hikoboshi, the star-crossed lovers.
2. The space station was a lot better than this moon we're at now. I can't think of anything I like about the moon. Paintball is the worst.
3. Please tell me this isn't actually a thing that can happen.
4. If I have to choose: board games. If I don't have to choose: nothing.
5. Fiction, but I've seen some inexplicable things.

as far as the war games theres this one where you have two people on a speeder one is the driver and one is the gunner and you have to tag all the other teams before anyone hits you me and poe are really good at that one
text
Luckily Sam is way nicer than a lot of people aren't, so he just rolls with it.
You do you, buddy.]
Sounds like you two have it in the bag. I don't think I'd do very well with any war games that involve speeding, to be sure.
Believe it or not, I'm familiar with the force. A little. There are things from back home that aren't the same, but similar. We have mind-readers, people who can move things with their minds, things like that. Lightning from fingertips is definitely a possibility back home, depending on who's doing it.

2. this is cliche but probably the people
3. no, but the opposite scenario is a thing
4. none of them because people keep trying to drag me into them and it's obnoxious
5. fiction

2. The nerds here are pretty nice! I think I'd agree with you. Seeing new places with different cultures and ways of living is pretty fun, too, don't you think? As long as it doesn't involve... I don't know, sacrificing new arrivals.
3. Both for me, but I'm usually the one from a book.
4. Was pushed into a boxing match. Yikes.
5. Non-fiction.

2. The pull of the Void has always interested Ordis, as has the moon. Well, Ordis has difficulty remembering anything positive about the moon, but the golden age technology there seems very interesting. Or did you mean worlds here? Because Ordis is not fond of these masks at all.
3. ...? This question does not make sense.
4. No. Ordis simply answers no.
5. Magic is the thing of tall tales, but there are those that possess Void-given powers, such as Ordis' Operator, that allow them to do remarkable things.
no subject
2. The worlds here are one thing to consider, yeah. The masks are a pain though.
3. Why doesn't it? Different universes. You could be a character in someone else's world. Or maybe someone's a character in your world.
4. Seems like a fair and logical enough answer.
5. Void-given powers, like what?

2. N/A - if this question is meant for other people who were trapped somewhere else before, too. This is my first. I wonder if that means there's a next for me~?
3. I want to be in a manga. Or a movie. That would be cool.
4. Paintball! Or some other kind of direct combat. Weapons are fun.
5. Real. It's more like... just the tip of the iceberg.
[ text ]
2. Could be. This is the third world I've been in, technically. Or... fourth? I've visited worlds for a very short time before, too. The worlds of other kidnapees, I mean.
3. Only cool if they don't air all your dirty laundry.
4. ... Practice gun safety and have fun.
5. Tip of the iceberg?

2. Haven't been to other worlds other than this one, but I do miss the parts of my family that aren't here a lot.
3. I haven't BUT I know someone who actually knew Superman. How cool is that? (๑•̀ㅂ•́)و
(Also, what the hell is a manga?)
4. I don't really get why they're so into them down there on the moon. Personally, I've been staying up here in the ships. I got a dog to look after and there's no way in hell I'm going to take her down there.
5. I think that will depend on who you ask. Some people might consider what I do magic, but I don't really look at it that way.
no subject
But dog-sitting is a great option, to be honest. I like stretching my legs, but... Walking around knowing there are toxins everywhere isn't exactly my idea of a vacation.

2. Everyone lets little kids go everywhere it's quite annoying
3. All the time! I'm very famous
4. war isn't really a game, is it?
5. Fictional. It doesn't exist. Ever. Not even here. All in your imagination.
[Here's the liar, weighing in.]

2. I'm pretty sure certain little kids would go everywhere whether people let them or not...
3. In that case, do I get an autograph?
4. Not at all. Kind of scary sounding, isn't it?

3. ... No?
4. None, if possible, but Wizard's Chess, I suppose.
5. Very, very real.

Funnily... sadly, the first thing he thinks about when he sees this reply is Charlie.]
1. Ah, one of my favorites. Kind of spooky, though, huh?
2. Family and friends make all that easier, doesn't it? The rubbish.
3. ... Nothing, huh? Can't say I'm one of the lucky ones.
4. A wizard who prefers brain games?
5. Same here. It's weird to think of it all just... not existing.

2. The planets, or different worlds entirely? If it is the latter, inapplicable.
3. I have not.
4. Paintball seems to be the closest thing to holding a weapon, lately.
5. I've been told it's real. Haven't witnessed it.
no subject
2. You can answer for the planets, if you want. Why not.
4. You seemed like a soldier type. I get the feeling, though. It's hard to live in a place like this, where you can get rusty with your training, isn't it?
5. Hopefully nobody ever uses it at you. It's not fun. At all.

I'll pass on the information gathering, but I admit I'm curious about the rabbit.
Text;
The killer rabbits are about what you'd expect. Horrible, fast little jerks who can rip a chunk of flesh right off your arm. I've eaten a lot of them for breakfast... as last resorts, mostly.
Hated dealing with them.

1. Sleeping Beauty. I'm a fan of repeating motifs in one's life.
3. No, I haven't. That can happen?
4. Wrestling. I'm just better at it.
5. Fiction.
So you move from place to place a lot?
text;
3. Happens all the time to some people. And it's always a pain.
4. Really? I would have pegged you for someone interested in the mental work.
And yeah, you could say that. I spent most of my life traveling across the United States.
And I've seen the worlds biggest ball of yarn more times than I can count on my hands, at this point.
But she's not going to type. That takes forever. Why type when you can talk?]
For the first, I've read a few Earth fairy tales from the library books. I like Rosanella the best, I think.
For the second, I like the people, when there are people.
The third, I've met Drizzt Do'urden and Elminister. There's several stories about them.
Four, I've abstained mostly. I'm not feeling up to it.
And for the last, if magic is real in one place, doesn't that make it real regardless of how saturated different worlds may be in it? Perhaps a better question is if it's common place.

Can I ask what the name of the previous place you were? Mostly for my own nosiness, since I don't think I've heard of the monsters-falling-into-the-world thing before.
I'll go with 1-- I like the "Leviathan" story. It's a folktale that explains why the earth shakes under the city, and also warns people not to go too far down in the caves.
(Context: where I'm from, a lot of people live underground, so those two things are very important.)
text;
... Ah.
I'm not fond of Leviathan. Different breed in my world, though. Probably.
