These masks continue to be a pain in the ass, huh?

But I guess the alternative is being laid up in bed sick — which I don't recommend, in case you're feeling brave, because seeing the people who took off their masks isn't inspiring any faith here. As for me, I'm needing a little break from travelling around down there in all that questionable toxin. Not exactly my cup of coffee, you know? Prefer more open roads, more green and, uh. An ocean I can smell and not go into coughing fits over.

Maybe I'll just spitball some stuff to pass the time while I question what I'm eating from these kitchens? I'm feeling nosy. Call it an acquired skill set, being nosy. Back in the other place I was trapped in, I mostly gathered information about our bestiary; monsters from all kinds of worlds would fall into the world with us, and I did my fair share of fighting some pretty rough creatures. Including the killer rabbits that would try to sabotage my garden. They're small, fast, and aim for the jugular, FYI.

I figure I'm being totally transparent, but I'm a big fan of information gathering. But it's also... actually really nice to be in one place long enough to get to know people. How often do you have the chance to learn about alternate universes? Small pluses.

2. Haven't been to other worlds other than this one, but I do miss the parts of my family that aren't here a lot.

4. I don't really get why they're so into them down there on the moon. Personally, I've been staying up here in the ships. I got a dog to look after and there's no way in hell I'm going to take her down there.
5. I think that will depend on who you ask. Some people might consider what I do magic, but I don't really look at it that way.

Superman?? No way. The one and only, huh?? (And a manga is a Japanese comic book of sorts, just different from the typical comic style you'd see in the west.)

But dog-sitting is a great option, to be honest. I like stretching my legs, but... Walking around knowing there are toxins everywhere isn't exactly my idea of a vacation.

Right? That's pretty much what I said, but I guess he was kinda an ass to her or something. But it's still SUPERMAN. (Oh. I collect comics and I managed to collect some in Italy back home, but I've never collected any Japanese comics before.)

I don't like the masks. I had to wear one for a month back home. No way in hell I'm going to start covering up even part of my face again for anything.

To be honest, I like my friend, but she can kinda nag people at times. I wonder if it was more of just a personality clash.

Yeah, what I can do is called hamon. It requires you to have total control over your breathing. So, with the mask I had on, it'd choke me if I wasn't breathing right.

It did help me get better at it, but it wasn't fun only being able to take it off for food and brushing my teeth. So, I'm all set with going down there and reliving that experience.
