[The night has finally come--the Gravity Rush is nearly upon us! What normally serves as a large performance hall has been gutted, emptied of its boring furniture and rigged up into a fantastical mismatch of technology and old culture. No matter where you go tonight, you're encouraged to move around, dance, play games, whatever helps you sleep in late tomorrow morning.

If you aren't one for scurrying around a ballroom all night, there's always plenty of people-watching to do. After all, so many people are wearing extravagant costumes and elaborate masks. How can you even tell who is who? Get lost in a crowd of sequins, chatter with a sun and a moon, or try to beat the guy in the monster-mask at a game of cards. Meet your friends or make some new ones--this masquerade party has begun!]

[ he smiles and pulls her into the dance floor, and spins her around ]

Settle for good dancer moves? [ ok, good might be a stretch, he hasn't danced a whole lot in his life - but he's got rhythm an he won't step on her foot, how's that? ]

[It sounds like a deal to her.] Of course. How could I forget? I really need to be more on top of my secret dance ninja knowledge.

[She spins easily as he twirls her and then she comes back to him closer than before.] Good works too.

[ nod nod. he breaks into another smile as she twirls back into his arms and steals a quick kiss ]

I like your outfit. I'm glad you managed to finish something for yourself too. I'd feel pretty bad if I had a slinky and you had to dance with me in your underwear.

Thanks. [ he smiles ] Had to do i - I couldn't really ruin that classy effect of your dress with boxers.

[ and also that would be unbelievably embarrassing. he's not confident enough to go into the hallway in his underwear, so a party? possibly on camera being broadcast to who know how many galaxies? ]

I appreciate that. I mean, the dress comes with certain requirements that just have to be met. I kind of like the idea of you in your boxers though.

Gotta save something for the after party - [ that is, if he's still invited on board the windrose - he doesn't want to assume - even though - she did ask him to pack an overnight bag - but, a lot of heavy feelings happened since and maybe she wants to dial it back? ]

[You might want to order a stronger blush. She leans in closer to his ear and softens her voice.] We should definitely save some energy for that. [She gives his earlobe a fleeting nibble.]

Not - gonna be an issue - [ he could be dead on his feet and still be woken up by her. this gesture alone gets his heart pumping. ]

[She pulls back to smile at him.] You're cute when you blush. [Yep, just calling him out on it.]

he laughs and just kisses her, because he can't really think straight right now, and even in his best day - smooth isn't exactly his strong suit ]

She kisses him back, not getting too carried away on the dance floor, but still very affectionate.] Good kisser too.

He's got really good taste in superheroes. [ it wasn't even on purpose, but the three people closest to him turned out to be that ]

He has good taste in general. [Even if she was telling Margaery just the opposite. Also, they won't creep anyone out with PDA if they kiss again on the dance floor, right? Or maybe she doesn't really care because this is happening. She may still be struggling with how to describe him to others, but at least she doesn't seem to mind being seen with him?]

[ not being the shameful little secret is a huge step up for him! he kisses back and when they break apart his smile is warm and if she looks closely - she may see some amazement in there, too. ]

[She smiles and sinks in against him as an even slower song starts up. This isn't anything to impress anyone with dancing prowess. It's mostly just holding and swaying. She makes a soft happy sound.]

Do you have any plans tomorrow?

[ he's happy with the holding and the swaying. it's easier to talk that way - and he just generally loves holding her. ]

Yeah - I'm doing whatever it is you've got in mind.

[She laughs a little at that.] Good. I just want to spend it with you. Maybe lazy time on the Windrose? Hopefully Kurt will be around? And I heard you're friends with Margaery already.

[ he nods, and tilts his head ]

[ it's mostly amused (just a little bit nervous, he was pretty embarrassing in front of margaery). ]
