[ In her broadcast, Kara is in her PJs, hair down and glasses off. She looks like she just woke up not too long ago and the overall vibe is very "confessional vlog". She doesn't seem distressed, just a little confused, and tired—though her eternal optimism is always there somewhere. ]

Hey, so, question: On a scale from "wow that's super weird we've never heard of something like that" to "it must be a Wednesday on the Fleet", how common is it to just like, get a bunch of "new" information from home? Which, now that I think about it, is kind of a dumb thing to ask because we have implants that give us job skills training. But I'm just wondering. Uh, in the abstract? Something like that.

Anyway, I'm going to go get some coffee and food because I'm starving. Who knew that sleeping was such hard work?

I was affected by the red kryptonite when I got her fired... but in my defense, she was poaching a huge story to a rival media company.

So it - worked out, at least. Right?

Did she really - become an actual nemesis? That sounds like something straight out of a movie.

Yeah, but then the Flash came from another Earth and helped me defeat her and her partner in crime.

[he nods] You said she - broke things with her scream? Was she an alien, too?

[he awkwardly clears his throat] I wouldn't call it "covert".

She's not. Metahuman, I guess? We don't really know.

Ah. I know - knew a mutant with a similar power.

Really? I mean, I guess it's not unreasonable that some skills would double up...

No, not really. I guess certain powers are a - a standard across the board, at least in worlds with people similar to mutants or meta-humans.

What were the person you knew's powers?

Sean's? He could scream at sonic levels. And - I made him a suit that would allow him to fly, if he screamed towards the ground.

Well, I'm glad he had better inclinations than Siobhan.

Siobhan Smythe—the Banshee. She teamed up with another nuisance named Livewire. She has electricity powers, and that's kind of my fault.

Anyway, Flash helped, but really it was the public that helped us take them down.

People in the park where we were fighting stood in front of me and then some firemen soaked her with a hose. Bad combo.

It was... incredible to me. I had so broken their trust with the red kryptonite... I thought I'd never get it back. But that showed me that it's possible.
