[The video turns on to see a bunch of fabric. A keen eye might notice it looks kind've like a skirt. A knowing eye would recognize it as mage's robes. The man holding the communicator isn't paying it any attention beyond having picked it up, he's too busy making kissing noises as he searches the too empty ship.]

Pounce! Ser-Pounce-a-lot! Here, kitty!

[The tone of voice he was using was higher and probably sounded a little ridiculous.]

Please don't have gotten into any trouble...

[But there was definite concern in his tone as the man searched for his missing kitten.
At least until his step staggers and then stops and there's a catch in his breathing that could nearly be called a gasp.]

Well...would you look at that...

[Not that anyone could with the screen still faced away, but Anders had no thought for the device or much of anything aside from his kitten and the large window displaying the vast emptiness of space before him.]

[He grins far too wide for a story that includes people getting bits out of them and singed, but he can't help the mental image of Ogrhen rolling down a hill only to hit a gong.]

That sounds amazing. I mean, I'm glad no one died from it, but that makes it all the funnier to imagine. No wonder she didn't tell it though, Ogrhen doesn't need any help with embarrassing himself. Especially with Sigrun in our company. Have you heard that dwarf flirt? It's atrocious.

It was an interesting time for all of us. I had lived in the Chantry in Lothering as a Lay Sister for some time when I met Warden Cousland and yes have I heard him. He never was very kind to my dear Schmooples either. He's a nug and Ogrhen often made intention to eat him.

[Thank the Maker he didn't. She had loved that little nug.]

Ogrhen is a terror to the poor unsuspecting Theodsians.

[He smiles.]

You have a pet nug? Do they make for good pets?

[Oh yes see this is something she enjoys talking about - nugs.]

I had Schmooples for a long time and he was an excellent pet - a gift from Riona, actually. His button nose and little eyes were just adorable. Currently I have his successor in my charge - Schmooples II. Nugs are quite animated little things. Their faces are so expressive!

[Leliana no one cares about nugs as much as you do...]

[He clearly finds it amusing, even if he doesn't share her enthusiasm.]

That seems to be a common practice for our friend, doesn't it? Did she find 'Schmooples' wandering around outside a keep as well?

[And as much as it might sound as though he finds it funny, more than that he found it endearing about Riona. It took a perfectly good sort of person to stop and rescue stray animals to give as presents to the other 'strays' she liked to gather.]

If I remember correctly, she had someone catch him for her in Dust Town.

[Honestly it's been ten years and she misses him dearly. She's glad she has Schmooples II and Boulette]
