Yeah, one of the presents I woke up with to go with the past thirty years.

[ The coffee gets set in front of her and as he sits he pulls off the glove -- his hand is scarred badly underneath, something old and healed. ]

No, he's still a kid... I lived out the past, then went back to the future. From the past. Our presents are still the same.

There's a group called the Twelve that are trying to destroy time. End the world completely. I guess stopping them is going to be the new mission.

It's confusing, huh? So Sam is in 2043. I went back to 1987 and lived until 2015. Then I went back to 2044. He hasn't aged... neither have I, technically. I've just lived more.

By killing people with paradoxes, apparently. When you take two of the same object from different places in the timeline and bring them together, it creates a paradox. While Cole and I were stuck in 2015 the Twelve sent a bunch of themselves back in time, we don't know to when except for one... back in 1944 they killed someone with his own collarbone that they dug up from his grave. Time's unstable now. Not just unstable, folding in on itself. Somehow. The wave of unstable time kills everything in its path. We can't let them create any more paradoxes.
