[ It's the cooking part Sascha loves most, watching and staring from the kitchen's island with both hands pressed to its counter top. Probably because Bigby cooks actual meat and not just protein...jelly,or whatever it is. It may not be fresh, but it smells almost as good compared to anything on the ship.

Which is why Sascha follows him around every time he goes to cook. ]

[The meat supplies are low. He bought up as best he could, but there were limited options on the toxic moon hellhole and after so long, pickings are slim.

He's giving Sascha a lot of bones still, since he seems to get satisfaction crunching through them. Ribs, some thigh bones, today it's the shoulder joint which he's deftly deboning with a razor sharp claw.]

Need heating, then you can eat it. Here.

[He tosses him the shoulder bones.]

Yes sir!♥ [ Sascha salutes as his eyes round to excited saucers at his treat, catching it quickly with both hands and not missing a single beat.

Bigby's pounded it into his head so many times that even without a plate, fork, or knife, Sascha sits to eat and immediately begins chewing and gnawing on an edge of it. And of course giving it a few licks ehere and there despite the fact that there are no sharp spines on it to help him tear through it. ]

Crane used to rap my knuckles when I used my knife and fork wrong. Pencil necked bastard, used to love using the ruler over my knuckles.

Ohh...ouch. [ Sascha of course has never experienced that, however: ]

I had my hands cut off once. [ That's the closest he can relate to that. And hey--he did with without having his mouth full. ]

....Because of the vampire thing. [ No beating around the bush about it there. Sascha lowers the shoulder from his mouth for a bit as he looks down at it rather than Bigby. ] They didn't want me to be able to grab or hurt anyone, I guess.

[Bigby tries not to bother getting angry over shit he can't change or avenge. These days, he mostly manages.]

[ Nope, it definitely doesn't matter in light of all that meat headed his way. Sascha practically crunches down on a good portion of his shoulder when he sees that in his eagerness to finish up. ]

Don't scoff it. You can eat the meat and go back to the bone after. I'm not taking it away from you.

Ohh... Okay. [ It's not that he thought Bigby would take it away per say, but he thought he should finish it before he started on something else.

Apparently not! Which is even better, so he'll set it down and quickly lick his hands clean. ] Do I have to use a fork and knife again?

[ Incredibly indulgent, wow. Sascha actually blinks for a moment to make sure he's heard right before he nods and goes to reach for the bit Bigby's given him with a pleased sound. ]
