[You know, Clay hadn't been expecting a day like this. All he was doing was going to the Iskaulit to do some workouts in the gym, even bopping to a tune playing in his head.

Of course, that all comes a stop when he sees the mess before he sees anyone else. Blood trailing through the hallway, like someone had been walking with it. His stomach churns a bit, and his first instinct is to flee and get someone with medical help. Like Jennifer, or Beverly, or...

But no, he's here, and he... doesn't really realize just how bad it is yet. He returns to his shuttle first to grab the first-aid box, then heads in to see who needs his help.

And upon following the trail, well... Turns out, it's a lot worse than he thought it'd be, and that instinct from before comes back full force. He's only had some lessons, he's not prepared for this level of medical trauma, he really isn't -

And that's why he'll be calling out on the comms - not video, because there are kids on the network, but it's pretty clear by the state of his shaky voice that this is definitely an emergency.]

I-I need doctors - healers, medics -

[He takes in a deep breath - ]

I need all medical personnel to the Iskaulit right now!

_{[ When you're used to aliens, seeing someone hiss over something like an angry cat would not have been surprising. He had been with cat-like women before, as a matter of fact, but that was not the point right now. His lips twisted when he saw the smears of blood on the other's face - not his blood, that much he could tell. It wasn't so much the idea of drinking blood - though, all right, that was creepy - it was the fact he was choosing to do it here, in this place. ]}

What the hell do you think you're doing? People are being treated here. If you're not here to help, you need to leave - immediately.

_{[ His lip curls a little bit, clearly not finding much about Sasche to
be impressed with, and his grip tightening on his shoulder. ]}

I'm asking you politely - leave the area until everyone has been taken care of and cleared.

But...you'll clean it up. [ The blood he means. Or someone will even if it's not Kirk directly, and it just smells so good that Sascha can't help looking back to it, digging his palms into the cooled, slippery red substance. ]

What part of 'no' are you not getting? I don't know the rules where you come from, but what you're doing right now isn't acceptable. So I will ask you one more time politely - leave. And please wipe your mouth.

[ Sascha really doesn't see the problem, which is the sad part. As far as he sees he isn't causing any problems. He's out of the way, staying far from the wounded and busy...and it's sort of like a free cleaning service. Technically. A little. ]

But I'm starving and you guys just left it everywhere...!

Not by choice. Respect the severity of this situation and stay back. You're in the way and causing others distress. Whether or not you understand it, you should and need to respect it.

_{[ This time he grips tight enough that he can attempt to turn Sascha
around and march him away from the scene. ]}

[ Sascha doesn't get angry, but he definitely looks unhappy as he's dragged up to his feet and pushed, a warbled sort of sound escaping him. He doesn't try to push Kirk off or anything even if he puts up a little resistance, hands dripping fresh blips of blood onto the floor. ]

How long do I need to respect it?? I don't want them to clean it up...!

You do not have a choice. It's unsanitary to leave it there. If you have such dietary needs, get them from people willing to donate, or I am sure Atroma will provide you with a supplement. Taking it from a battle scene is, frankly, grotesque to say the least.

But it's right there........ [ HAVE A HEART KIRK. A delicious, healthy and still-beating heart... ]

I do not care. Listen, and listen carefully to me - you will stop what you are doing, and you will leave, and you will not come back here until this scene is cleared, or I will make sure you are thrown into the closest thing we have to a brig. Am I understood?

[ That is 100% Sascha getting pushed up against a wall, hands reflexively flattening against it and leaving bloody hand prints as he shrinks back. Predator or not, Kirk is pretty dang intimidating--so while normally he'd ask what a brig is? He just nods meekly and swallows. ]

_{[ Kirk lets go of him and steps back. ]}

Go, and do not come back here until the scene is cleared.

_{[ His voice is hard, promising a very, very unking response if Sascha
disobeyed and tested his patience and good will. ]}

...Cleared of people? [ Just to make sure he's got it right, because if there's any chance he can come back and lick more of that blood off the floor, he's going to take it. ]

you get yourself out of the way first. ]}

Cleared of everything. Do not drink the blood that has been spilled here, or at any scene of violence while aboard this Fleet. Am I understood?

[ Nope, back against the wall :'c and wishing Kirk was a little more gentle about it, but he's not going to complain; any attention is good attention. ]

It is not. It is a scene of violence, and you need to show respect and leave - without another word.

I...but.... [ That's two words, technically, looking up at Kirk and searching for any sign he'll find a break here...but there's none. Just anger, and that's what has him finally relenting and shrinking back as his shoulders draw in and he ducks his head. ]

Okay. [ He's cowed. No more resistance now. ]

_{[ Kirk stepped back and released Sascha, turning him to push him -
albeit gently - further away from the scene. ]}

We can discuss later why what you did was wrong. For now allow the people here some peace and keep clear.
