[You know, Clay hadn't been expecting a day like this. All he was doing was going to the Iskaulit to do some workouts in the gym, even bopping to a tune playing in his head.

Of course, that all comes a stop when he sees the mess before he sees anyone else. Blood trailing through the hallway, like someone had been walking with it. His stomach churns a bit, and his first instinct is to flee and get someone with medical help. Like Jennifer, or Beverly, or...

But no, he's here, and he... doesn't really realize just how bad it is yet. He returns to his shuttle first to grab the first-aid box, then heads in to see who needs his help.

And upon following the trail, well... Turns out, it's a lot worse than he thought it'd be, and that instinct from before comes back full force. He's only had some lessons, he's not prepared for this level of medical trauma, he really isn't -

And that's why he'll be calling out on the comms - not video, because there are kids on the network, but it's pretty clear by the state of his shaky voice that this is definitely an emergency.]

I-I need doctors - healers, medics -

[He takes in a deep breath - ]

I need all medical personnel to the Iskaulit right now!

[He motions to the sleeping kid with his good hand, frowning.]

The more traumatic stuff you know like the Lucifer possession or him convincing his other self to die, or him trying to bleed himself to death to save Dean with the Werther box, but whatever, that's all depressing stuff and not just hunters being stupid self-injuring weirdos. That's what we're here for.]

Someone went haywire; honestly, it looked like an augment malfunction.

Winter went haywire. [But her ire at said Winter stalls a bit when the idea of an augment malfunction comes up. That's... that's one hell of a glitch.]

Nastier than usual, if it is. And-- wow. Your hand's a mess. [She can splint it but he really needs actual professional help on this one. She cringes at how painful that must have been.

...but don't worry, she's back to being snippy like two seconds later.] And you were just trying to help with this untreated? Do you want to be able to use this hand again?

[He looks frustrated for a moment, rubbing his good hand over his mouth.]

Nami, it's fine. I promise I'll get it treated properly, alright?

I just -- needed to make sure everyone was okay. People I care about who were on board, and all that.

[Her expression softens. She's just used to having to yell at idiots on her crew, Sam, but she gets it.]

You should've seen a doctor first. This hand is a wreck.

[It also smacks of deliberate torture, because how lucky would you have to be to have it broken in such a fashion in just, say, one hit? She's freshly angry all over again. No reason to ask how Sam is wandering around with an injury this messed up; she knows the messed up reason for that by now.]

Is there anyone else you're worried about? I'll track them down for you. Or maybe I've already spoken to them. The bar has a bunch of people who came in for treatment.

... I have a healer in mind. I need to check in on her anyway.

[He smiles, trying to cheer up the general horribleness of... all this. Except he's got a broken nose and cuts and he looks like shit, so that's not really gonna work on her anyway.]

I'm worried about too many people to count. Kind of the downside of having so many people you care about close to you, huh?

[Healer probably means it's magical, and that's enough to soothe her nerves over your horrible mangled hand. She sighs.]

If it helps, nobody's dead. I think the only person who came out of this terribly was a woman called Wrath. Everyone else is upright.

[She gives him an uncertain look, because she doesn't know if Sam knows her.]

She'll pull through, though. As long as she's alive, she'll pull through.

We have a lot of talented people on board the fleet who can help the survivors.

Yeah. And a lot of them are here, helping out right now.

[There is such a case of too many cooks, which is why she volunteered to help anyone who could walk themselves to the bar. That's about her level of skill.]

You should go find your healer. If they're fast... you'll be a lot better situated to help if you don't have to cradle a limb.
