[There is this thing Cole does.

He visits other ships. Sometimes he put the Pathstone alongside to visit and sometimes he takes a shuttle, but he's constantly wandering all over the fleet, being with people, circulating.

He hasn't done it in a while. He got a nasty fright and went into hiding for a while.

But the creepy psychic being is back! Sticking his large nose into all the business.]

No. No one should know everything. Some things think they do.

Pride demons are born out of wisdom. Knowing a lot, thinking you know better.

The Chantry says the Maker knows everything. But I don't think the Maker is very nice.

What makes you say that?

Well, the Sisters at the Chantry say that because people killed someone he loved, he turned his back on all of the world and that's why the world is terrible. And that seems cruel to me, to abandon generation after generation of people who need you because you were hurt.

[beardstrokes]

Maybe so. But perhaps he had no one to help him with his hurts.

[He has never thought that the Maker needed someone to help him.]

But they say Andraste is with him now that she's dead. And she thought everyone should love the Maker and he would love them.

[ Obi-Wan shrugs helplessly. ]

I'm not very educated in matters of deities.

Me either. Spirits don't have a Chantry.

The Chantry says we're demons. Even if we're benign spirits.

Then it really doesn't matter what other people think, does it?

I don't know. Blackwall didn't like me, but he just ignored me. Vivienne didn't like me and she kept trying to provoke me into being a demon so she would be allowed to kill me.

So... what people think does matter? Because they might think things that make them want to hurt others.

Perhaps, but I find that is usually the difference between thought and action. How people think or feel is still their purview. It's when they are acted upon that changes things.

Most people think and act.

... Jedi don't. That's different.
