I still haven't found a way to do that. Not - a preferred way, anyway. But I suppose I don't get that angry very often, so I've never needed it.

I usually try and find a way to expel the feelings. Whether it's with someone or by myself.

I lose my temper but it doesn't quite work at times because you don't deserve it and I'm aware of that.
