There's a distinct satisfaction in hearing your opponent shriek as snow trickles down their back. Or seeing a snowball smack someone you particularly dislike in the face.

Furs do lend themselves to a certain elegance, don't they? I doubt I pull it off as well as you envision, but I do miss some of my heavier dresses from home.

He never said it word for word, but given the hints she'd heard and his own sorrow, and what he had said, was proof enough.
