[Robin is in the corner quietly sipping some coffee- or at least the ship's nearest equivalent- with a small paperback book held up in one hand. She doesn't move other than to flick her eyes over at Poe for a moment before turning them back to the pages.]

Is something the matter?

[There might be more than a random ear that's new on the ship, after all.]

No idea. If it's not yours, I can put it in the lost and found. [After being a pilot for this many years, he's used to people trying to mess with him. He's not going to blink.]

I've flown a lot of interesting places. And met a lot of interesting aliens.

I don't think so. You kind of... are what you are, right? I don't know what planets vampires or werewolves are from, though.

Then I am still as human as they. In my world, what I have is often called a curse, though I've found it to be quite useful. You hail from a space-faring race, then?

Curse sounds like a superstitious thing. [In that non-Jedi kind of way, from what he's heard.] Yeah. We're spread out across thousands of planets and moons across hundreds of star systems.
