Fleetwide Video
Sep. 24th, 2016 12:40 pm![[personal profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/silk/identity/user.png)
Who: Everyone
Broadcast: Fleetwide
Action: Caprine or Iskaulit
When: 9/24
Another week, another shuffle, and another wave of newcomers. I hope you feel welcomed. Also congratulations to Vash, I see you've been given a few new responsibilities.
There seem to be a number of intrigues afoot. It isn't only our friends or loved ones who may come and join us here in the drifting fleet. Enemies, too, it seems may be drawn to us. I suppose there's a logic to it, given the introductory story we've all had implanted in our minds. What better way to gain viewership than to add a bit of drama into the mix, no?
I'll admit to having a few personal grudges myself, though for the most part my experience has been that individuals are less antagonistic than groups of a shared ideology. There are exceptions, however. For instance a man from my own world, Spandam, without the backing of Cipher Pol, is nothing more than a loud-mouthed weakling hardly even worth the time it would take to break his jaw so that we might be spared his idiotic prattle. Fleet Admiral Sakazuki, on the other hand, is by all accounts a true believer in the concept of Absolute Justice, and poses the double threat of being able to back such an extreme ideology with considerable physical strength. Some of you out there might find you like him quite a bit.
All of this leads to my questions for members of the fleet at large. How many here can say they have enemies of their own living amongst us? How did you respond to them, or how did they respond to you? Is it a common occurrence?
If you haven't had your enemies arrive, tell me who you would least like to see show up in the shuffle lists? What do you think you would do if they showed up?
Have any of you made enemies from realities other than your own? What drove you to such a relationship?
Due to the personal and inflammatory nature of such questions, you may respond anonymously if you prefer.
