Early this morning, a video might interrupt whatever you're doing. On one side of the screen, there's a beautiful lady with light brown hair. On the other, the pinkest pony ever to have walked the multi-verse.

Hey hey HEY, everybody! It's the start of a new month, and we've had a GREAT time on this planet so far, especially with all this yummy real food! Sooo Kitty and I have been planning a pizza party!

Um, right. So, you should come. I guess. [She doesn't know how to do group invites with ponies. What is life?]

We'll be in this HUGE clearing at THESE coordinates, so bring some smiles, your stomach, and maybe a side dish or snacks if you want too! We'll see you there! And Wrath: we've got chimmy cherry chongas~!

We had to use a few substitutes, but it's still pizza, so you know today's priority. Also a good time to check it out if you've never heard of it.

[And with that, the feed ends and coordinates to the clearing show up on the communicators.]

[Local vendors have been generous enough to loan the use of their ovens and some long wooden tables for the clearing. Sure enough, there's dozens of pies, plain or topped with meat or vegetables or both. There's also jugs and jugs of fruit juices and lemonade and punch, and an equally bountiful dessert table including apple tarts, cakes, donuts, and yes, chimmy cherry chongas. And the best part is there's not a single gel-based ingredient in sight. Feel free to add something to the bounty or just come in, grab a slice, and enjoy!]

[Vash has no clue that the cute fox running around is actually a member of the fleet. So he just grins when he sees the fox returning for another theft.]

Hey there, buddy. Good to see you're having a good time too.

[Feeling generous Vash breaks off a piece of donut he was eating and tosses it towards the fox. Assuming it probably won't really want to be approached.

And he's not willing to sacrifice a whole donut to the ground if the fox is a heathen who doesn't like donuts.]

[aigue]

[Thankfully this fox has a very thorough appreciation for donuts, and pieces of donuts, and pieces of donuts thrown on the ground for her to tackle and gobble up like some kind of hungry gremlin.

It isn't very much donut though, so once it's been devoured she's looking up at him and the rest of it, looking hopeful. And unbearably cute.]

Uh oh. I may be in trouble now, huh? [Vash tosses the rest of the donut towards the fox. Assuming no one around the fleet paying attention to him talking to a fox.]

I'm not going to be left alone while eating now am I? [He doesn't seem to care.]

[aigue]

[Oh awesome. She dives for the donut, chomping it up quickly, and that gets her tail wagging. Getting fed isn't too bad, it's infinitely preferable to being thought of as a pest and chased off.

When she finishes she looks over at him, her ears perked up and her tail still waving slightly.]

Only if you're out of donuts. [That's the only reason she's here, after all. To eat all the food.]

Did you just talk?

[aigue]

[There is only one way to answer that.]

No.

Well, alright then.

[Let's just roll with this.]

Don't worry. There's more donuts. [Vash leans over and snags one off the table and tosses it to the fox.] Always good to find another donut lover. [Said as he pops one for himself into his mouth.]

[aigue]

[So rolling with this. She looks entirely amused, though, and dives for the next donut.

He'll get a happy tailwag and a chirpy sort of gekkering as a response this time instead of any words. She does indeed enjoy donuts quite a bit, even if they aren't her favourite pastry.]

[Donuts not being a favorite? Don't lie to yourself.

Although maybe Vash is realizing a fox may not be overly interested in baked goods. He leans over the table looking over everything.] Still hungry? There's some pizza here too. Want some of the meat on that?

[aigue]

[She can't help it! She's French, she has to go with something French.

And well, she'd like the entire pizza, not just the meat. Since he's brought it up she's going to help herself, leaping onto the table and going for one of the pizzas. Totally not caring if anyone else wants a slice.]

[goldenglasses]

Or- or yeah. That works too. Come on up. Just don't put your paws in the food, alright? [Because who knows where a fox's feet have been.]

[aigue]

[Oh Vash, you can't go and say something like that and not expect her to do it.

She sits down in front of the pizza, looking over at him, then deliberately putting a paw on the part she hasn't touched yet.]

Oh, now you did that on purpose! You better eat that and not waste food!

[aigue]

[She could be a good fox and listen to him, but on the other hand she could do the exact opposite and see him get angrier. That seems more fun.

Setting her foot back down, she gets up, stretches, and wanders on over to a blueberry pie to begin nibbling on it.]

HEY! If you can't eat nicely then you won't get any more food! [Just, don't ask him to be serious about chasing anything away.]

[aigue]

[That's hilarious. How exactly is he going to stop her? She totally wants to see that, and she'll pause munching on the pie to gekker at him in amusement.]

[Vash lacking any experience with foxes isn't entirely sure what those noises are suppose to mean.] Has anyone told you that you have terrible manners for a fox?

[Yes, yes they have. Of course, she finds it all very silly. Wild animals having manners? Ridiculous.

With her ears perked up and her tail held high she gekkers at him a bit more before resuming devouring that pie.]

[Vash sighs and moves the stepped on slice of pizza to the side so no one will accidentally eat fox feet.]

Just don't waste anymore food, alright? Or I'll have to chase you off.

[But man, the pie looks good. Vash is going to find a different pie and cut himself a slice.]

[aigue]

[She'll just chirp a happy response at him, wagging her tail. This has been pretty fun, and she doesn't really believe he'll chase her off. He seems too nice to do that.

Thankfully she's getting pretty full, so when she's polished off most of the pie she's just going to flop over right there on the table, sighing contentedly.]

[He would have put in half an effort to chase her up if it avoided wasting food.

When she flops over Vash finishes off his own slice of pie. He peers around and there doesn't seem to be anyone around to watch him as he slowly reaches out to try patting the fox's head]

[aigue]

[She'll tolerate the petting for a second or two, which is more than normal, but then she's right back to her usual self and half-heartedly leaning up to nip at his fingers. Not a dog, okay?]

[Vash holds his hands in mock surrender. Having fallen for the kitty!tummy trap enough in his life enough to know a warning nip when he sees one.] Alright, alright! No more touching. You're very soft though.

[aigue]

[Good boy. Some people assume she's no different than a dog, which is irritating. She's very picky about being petted!

She'll chirp at him for getting it, anyway, and wag her tail. Yes, she is soft. The softest.]
