[He looks down at his clothes]

Oh...Flora's gone nuts, so I didn't feel up to asking for her help. [He makes a slight click of his tongue] Turns out a mercenary's salary is very limited when it comes to fancy clothes.

Jeez! That long! [ She sees that tugging motion, though -- ] Do you like it? It's much lighter, right?

Well, Garak is making stuff for not too expensive. [ She gestures to her outfit ] He custom made this for me!

I'm...still getting used to it, but yeah- I think so. [It's weird adjusting] I keep moving my head too hard though. [too used to all the weight man]

Did he now? [He looks at it and nods] And it looks lovely indeed. Maybe I'll look him up sometime.

Me too, me too! So like, I cut all of my hair off with a knife once, almost as short as yours -- I was totally doing that for weeks afterwards!

I wasn't sure about the color with my complexion, but it's not bad after all!

Really? With just a knife? You didn't need to have someone fix it up afterwards? [SINCE HE SURE DID]

Well, of course I had to have it fixed up. At the time it was kind of a dire situation though.

So...what? You cut it off and infused it with some kind of electrical energy? Or is it always electric? [He never knows with you ninjas]

I can turn it on and off. It's just energy, not electricity.

[wilder]

[He shrugs] Close enough.

Still, that's a clever little trick. Most people, their hair's only weapon is clogging shower drains.

I'm sure if you asked he other people on my ship they'd say my hair is pretty good at that, too.

Seriously? You mean there's no secret ninja arte to prevent that? That's disappointing.

I'm sure someone somewhere has invented something like that, but I think most of us just clean the drain the old fashioned way.

[He gives a sigh. SO disappointing.]

So you cut it to make a trap...and then what? Did you keep it short for awhile or grow it out?

I grew it back out. The ponytail is a pretty common symbol for my clan, so there's no way I would have kept it short at home.
