[And the night has arrived! Dorian put out an open invitation, and anyone who is interested is welcome to dress up and meet up for a night of dancing and fawning over each other. Make sure to wear your best, everyone! It's a very special episode of Drift Fleet!]

[ah, his effort is successful. She looks up at the soft voice, and smiles a bit. Haha, she looks slightly embarrassed, but a little relieved]

Mm, they used to be. [she tries to hold back a sigh] When I was very young, I loved parties like this. They were always so fun and colorful.

[she remembers putting on pretty dresses with Euphie, getting candy and treats from the grown ups, and dancing with Lelouch... She misses dancing the most.]

But this is a lovely party, they've really gone all out.

Used to be? [He lifts his eyebrows curiously, then looks out over the crowd.] All out is right. I dunno, parties like this always feel a bit like everyone's trying too hard, if you ask me.

As if they can hide everything behind a fluffy petticoat and dapper jacket. Putting on appearances.. [she sighs] It seems like such a waste of time and money. All of that could be put towards things that really matter.
