[And the night has arrived! Dorian put out an open invitation, and anyone who is interested is welcome to dress up and meet up for a night of dancing and fawning over each other. Make sure to wear your best, everyone! It's a very special episode of Drift Fleet!]

((OOC: There was an open invitiation, but even if your character never replied or has had personal contact with Dorian, feel free to assume he's let them come along or be dragged along by someone else! Then I'm afraid you'll just have to settle for being challenged, instead. I haven't forgotten our last talk.

[He still intends to make good on the implied promises he'd made in that conversation, too. Arhen knows him-- most importantly, he knows what he likes, what he's found that Dorian enjoys most.]

Now, did you still have business here?... Or do I have you all to myself?

[The last time they'd been at a party like this together, he'd insisted on a dance; this time, though, he's not sure he wants to bother with anything else at the moment.]

[Dorian chuckled softly, slipping a hand around Arhen's waist and pressing close against him, murmuring into his ear- he didn't miss the shiver it had elicited last time.]

I am all yours tonight, amatus.

[Dorian didn't lean back, but he kept him held close, and ran his tongue along his ear, giving it a soft nip before he leaned back, a satisfied smirk on his lips.]

[Creators help him, he feels like he may just melt right there in Dorian's arms-- there's no hope of stifling the sharp gasp the attention draws from him, or the way his breath shakes when he exhales again.]

That, [Arhen informs him, voice breathier than he'd like to admit,] is cheating. She's been giving you advice, hasn't she.

[...in all fairness, he does have an unfair advantage here, and this is simply leveling the field a bit. Still.]

If you mean to make it back to your room tonight, I think we should be going.

Actually, I haven't been asking her for advice on how to proerly seduce an elf. I was only going with what I hoped would work.

[He stepped back, giving him a bow. He didn't want to be apart from him anymore than was necessary, but he couldn't very well do anything inappropriate here on the balcony.]

As you wish, we will leave at once and not a moment later.

[Arhen could, and he was, in fact, about this close to suggesting they not bother going at all (though he'd at least have found somewhere more out of the way); leaving is the better plan, though, and so he twines his arm through Dorian's and flashes him a very expectant grin.]
