That's on the assumption this is actually a reality show, which I don't think it is. So I'm not to worried about ratings.
[ His turn to raise a brow. ]
No, you're just stating it matter of factly, which isn't the easiest way to gauge how someone feels. Or is your culture and/or species one that eschews them?

[There are certainly some assumptions at work here.]
I certainly feel frustration on a regular basis, but it seems counterproductive to become angry about it; it does more harm than good. We have no control over the larger aspects of the game our hosts play, reality show or not.

One doesn't usually kidnap people for benevolent reasons, I've found.
[ That's all they had. Barely any facts, a few pieces, and theories. Run with whichever one you like at this point. ]
I would have to agree with you. Getting angry and upset about it isn't productive, but those feelings happen too. Work through them and manage them and move on.
[ He makes a soft sound that's almost like a laugh. ]
Maybe it's a good thing you showed up. A friend of mine would have given me similar advice were he here.

Thank you. That's not to say an emotional response is in any way a bad thing, but it's also important to know when to hold back.

Some might. Some might not. I can't fault people for being grateful for that. Death isn't always pleasant, after all. But that doesn't change the fact that Atroma has been stealing people from their worlds and times. A kindness to some is a trap and a violation to others.
[ He certainly felt it to be so. ]
Oh, I wasn't apologizing for having emotions - that's part of being human. But I do admit we humans sometimes have a hard time not letting them run away with us.

[He blinks.]
Ah--yes. Some moreso than others, I find.

Of course, though that won't stop me from continuing to try and figure out what it is Atroma is actually up to and how to stop it.
[ He's stubborn like that. ]
We all have our moments.
[ He glanced behind himself further into the ship and back up at Vision. ]
Have you done much exploring yourself already?
