She never expected someone to enjoy it this much or this long. She was just glad it didn't scare him. She really hopes it never does. It would hurt to lose this. But she isn't thinking loss as he kisses her. She isn't thinking anything. She's just feeling warm and happy and in love.]

[ well, it scared him when she half-pulled sascha through the door that night he woke them up months and months ago. but when she uses it like this? no way.

he indulges in kissing her for a while before leaning his forehead against hers as he catches his breath. ]

[It can be scary. Hell, sometimes what she can do scares her. But she's glad in moments like this it's only wonder and appreciation. She still worries he wouldn't want her if he really knew—saw—her past. But it's a past she doesn't want to return to either. Also not one she ever tried to hide, but there's telling and there's really knowing.

She nuzzles, smiling and out of breath.] Love you.

[ he doesn't know himself how he'd react if he really knew all the things she's done. maybe he's too comfortable with the excuse of I wasn't there, I can't pass judgment on that world, but to him it feels like what matters are her action when she has a choice. and when she has a choice she usually makes the right one. she had him worried when she went to hit sascha after he was already neutralized and sometimes he still worries that she didn't see his point of view there - but a past takes time to deal with, to completely disengage with. and as long as it doesn't escalate beyond one punch...he feels comfortable giving her some leeway because at the end of the day, he believes in her good heart.

smiling in return, he whispers breathlessly. ]

You're pretty nice too, I guess.

Hell yeah, I am. [She places a hand over his heart just to feel it beat under her palm.] We should go on a date. I mean, not now, but we should figure out a date thing.

[ he looks down to her hand on his chest and just feels the warmth flowing. ]

A date sounds great.

[ it's just what they both need, a little relaxation together. ]

[She kisses him again, glad he sounds into the idea too. It's not something she's been thinking about. Just a thing that popped into her mind in the moment. She loves how much she gets to see him but they don't do a lot of date type things. Though the Halloween party counts, right?]

[ he kisses her cheek. he loves going on dates with her, and he always wishes he could have somewhere nice to take her. maybe he needs to put some of his lesser projects on a back burner and make such a place - but that'll have to wait for next time, or a couple times after that. ]

[ he gets equally giddy at being called her favorite. it means so much to him that someone finally loves him best, that he's finally right to be someone's number one. and that that someone happens to be a woman he's absolutely crazy about? what more can he want?

just going to the bar doesn't require any planning, it's too easy for him. he never picks the easy way, she's worth the extra mile. besides, he should probably cut down on the drinking a little bit and if they go to the bar, he'll be tempted. ]

[She laughs as she starts unbuttoning his shirt starting from the top.] You're already lapping people. What more do you want?

Wipe the floor with them. [ a pause. ] Actually no, never got that one, why would you celebrate a victory with chores?

[ there he goes again with the babbling. ]

Good question. Besides, Kurt would pick up dust pretty efficiently, but I don't think he'd enjoy that and then I don't think you would.

[ he laughs ]

I don't think you're any better at the whole seduction thing.

[ with half a shrug and a smile, he leans in and kisses her neck. ]

Ahh... [Her arm slides around him.] You've been paying attention. [She definitely favors attention to her neck.]
