[ When the broadcast opens up, it is to a dimly lit room with very little decoration. Pietro has been in the fleet for a few months, but he's not collected much to show for it. His expression is pensive, and he takes a moment before he begins speaking. ]

I have been thinking about this for quite some time, watching others come and go.. [ He sighs, rubbing at his cheek. ]

What has this place done to you or your memories? Have you gained anything from being here that you could not have wherever home is meant to be?

[ After his broadcast, Pietro can be found sitting in the kitchen with a mug of hot tea if anyone would rather address him in person. ]

[Pietro's probably noticed Max around, here and there, on the Starstruck. And yes, Max probably hasn't tried even remotely to talk to Pietro; no offense, but Max is kind of an asocial dick who has trust issues like no other. But. Max also has a secret care for Wanda, and he's trying to... be good.

So. He's gonna actually initiate conversation.

Memories like what?

[Gruff, blunt, but not cruel. He sits in the cargo bay with his old mutt Rock, rubbing between the dog's ears absently.]

[ Oh, hey weird cargo bay hobo. He has taken notice of Max, though he's had little inclination to talk to him. He has pet the dog on a few occasions, but usually nothing more than a quick pat to the head or rub of an ear. It's only fair that he try to get to know the rest of the crew, isn't it?

Pietro is a bit of a brat, anyway. Especially these past few months with everything happening in quick succession. He hasn't wanted to leave his room much. Or Wanda's. ]

Whatever you want it to be. Things this place has made you forget.. or remember differently? Some people have told me memories they cherish from this place. I suppose I was a little too vague in my questioning.

[He considers it for a long moment.]

Haven't forgotten anything.

Don't... hnn. Don't remember differently — but m'forced to remember better.

[If that's confusing, he leaves it to be confusing.]

The new memories, just by being here... aren't bad.

[He's just not sure how useful it will be to know he's had this life here.

Part of him really hopes he's wiped clean if he returns home.]

You remember things better by being here?

Is it possibly because you have nothing else to do to while away the time? I suppose distractions are only good to some extent.

[ Really, people don't give him enough credit for being as quick as he is. It's got to be the hair that throws people off.. ]

Did they do anything to you? I don't know if you have powers or.. anything.

I don't. [Ah, right, don't be vague.] Have powers.

They reversed my age. Made me younger.

[By the shadow that plays on his face and the discontent tone, one could say it was not a great experience. At all.]

Some memories... come back normally. Just by being here. Guess it's alright.

But the ones that didn't come back naturally were forced upon you when you changed?

[ There have been an abnormally large number of augment glitches, though he's not been here long enough to decide whether that is perfectly normal or if things are spinning more out of control. ]

Would you prefer that they didn't resurface at all?

Yes.

[His arms are folded, that twinge of outrage flickering behind the gray-blues of his eyes.]
