Who: Cullen Rutherford
Broadcast: Fleetwide video
Action: The Marsiva
When: Now.
[It's with some hesitance that Cullen even touches the console. He knows how it works (somehow), but he's not exactly comfortable with the concept of broadcasting. His lips are set in a thin, grim line for a few moments as he thinks of what to say.]
--Maker's breath, this is absurd.
[That just about sums up his thoughts right now.]

[That should tell you hwo shitty Exsilium was, tbh. ]

[How is that even possible...]

It matters little, here, anyway.

forever!
From what I understand from Varric, the last thing I remember of Kirkwall is [imitation of their favourite dwarf here ] "right before the shit hit."
He has told me someone assassinated the Divine. I'm assuming Anders is the one who does it.

I can understand Varric's reasoning, if he hasn't told you the whole story. [As much as he'd like to deck Anders, he's sure Varric still wants to keep the peace and therefore isn't going to tell everyone in the place that the man blew up a Chantry and killed so many people.]
no subject
What did Anders do exactly?
[Come on, Cullen, share. You know you want someone to bitch about Anders with. ]

He blew up the Chantry. The Right of Annulment was invoked. People were dying in the streets thanks to him, crushed by debris and cut down by Templars. Meredith and Orsino were both killed in the chaos. [He'll never forget that day.]
Divine Justinia called for a conclave, to find a way for peace and end the open war he started amongst the templars and mages. And it was there she died.
[So sure, let's blame Anders for indirectly causing her death.]

[Anders you little fuckball! That might be the sound of Fenris kicking something over, and that is DEFINITELY the sound of a lot of swearing in Tevene.]
I knew his attitude would end nowhere good, but I did not expect him capable of such a thing. [ Ughhh, Anders why do you ruin fucking everything?]
Sebastian was right, we should have handed him in years ago.

Maker knows how long he'd been planning to do it. Hawke seemed to be caught by surprise, as well.
[Cullen sighs, rubbing at the threatening headache in his temples.]
I understand he's from a time before that, but the man can't be trusted. Not if it's in his character to do such a thing.
[Which is sort of terrible, given the type of man Cullen once was, he thinks. But he doubts Anders would feel any remorse and blame the loss of innocent lives on the Circle.]
no subject
I'm not surprised. He's blinded by his feelings for Anders. He would let that man get away with anything, and claim he is only protecting himself.
[In his anger, he's forgotten that not everyone's Hawke is the same as his. Oh well. ]
No, of course he can't. He may not be an abomination yet, but that doesn't make him any less dangerous.

Has he been quiet, here?

Well you are the big bad templar, capable of stopping his poor innocent mage actions.
[Such sarcasm. ]

I left the order after what happened in Kirkwall. I don't think I'd be very effective against him, but he seems wary even with that knowledge.
[NOT THAT HE'S COMPLAINING.]

[Ugh. Anders. ]

[lol anders stay out of trouble]

[Which...could be said for the whole Kirkwall gang, really. Fenris speaks as if he didn't brutally murder someone like...two months ago.]
No doubt we will see pages of his ridiculous manifesto spreading around the ships like wildfire soon.
