What's really frustrating is this could be nothing at all. I can only assume nobody else is worried about it, given they haven't raised a general alarm.

True. Complacency is a real danger. [There's no room for it on the ocean, either. She should've been treating the fleet as the same thing, but with over a year with completely dull travel times...]

Well, things going wrong tend to nix all your contingencies anyway. Especially if someone like Luffy is involved. [She can't even say thankfully he isn't because she really wishes he were here.]
