At the risk for earning a reputation as a party planner, I have a thing for everyone to attend again. Don't worry, lots of other people are helping pull it together. It's going to be on New Year's Eve, but the real event is the countdown to Winn's birthday which is also on the first. It's going to be in a club we rented out for this in the red shift district. Starts around seven-ish. Ends when you pass out?

It's kind of a surprise maybe? At least the part where it's for his birthday. And if you don't know Winn but you still want to come that's fine too. You can trade a gift for Winn for a free drink at the bar. Otherwise, bring some money. Cake's on us though.

[Birthday/New Year's Party]
[The space is well decorated and so glittered you can probably tell Wrath was part of the team putting this together. Lots of Winn's friends came out to help whether it was getting decorations up, managing food, music, or chipping in to buy out the space and a drink for anyone bringing a gift. Not to mention drinks for the birthday boy all night.

There's a table for presents and another one with a spread of openly available food though the bar has appetizers you can buy too. There's a big cake at one end because of course there is and some punch that didn't start the night spiked at least. There's space for dancing and a karaoke machine set up on a small raised platform for those who want to try their hand at entertainment.

The night really kicks off when Winn walks in and instead of a balloon drop there's a fluffy blue stuffed bear drop. Feel free to take one of those home. There are a lot.

When midnight comes closer some people will file out to one of the observation areas to get a good view of the nebula for the big countdown. Bring your own person to kiss!

I do think you should just work it out, but not tonight and definitely not with any physical violence. [Don't touch her man!]

[A part of him would like it if Jeyne could stay here and experience a proper modern feast. But then again, that would not be wise.]

That would be a violation of guest right. [He laughs about the irony of that. Where guest right should protect him, they killed him instead.] And I am not a guest to begin with.

Maybe. But that is his choice, not mine. [Because Robb Stark is a stubborn child.]

[Kitty fails to get the "joke" he laughs at.]

I'm sorry the information you got was incomplete. [Not that it would be her fault. What she sent out was, but she can't help how it was spoken of among crews. Still, it was an open event and she probably wouldn't make him leave if he had wanted to stay, but she'd rather not have anything dampen Winn's night.] You do look nice for the occasion. [He put some effort in.]

I'll talk to him about it, but it goes both ways. [Robb has to be open too.]

It probably was not. I did not pay enough attention. I am truly sorry.

[It is a shame that he has to leave but it would be folly to make a large fuss about it. He could have his own feast in the kitchen with a large chunk of bread, some meat and a red.]

I asked around about the proper clothes I should wear. [He smiles.] I was planning to wear my breeches. [He shrugs.] I will keep this for the next feast then.

I know of that. But now does not seem the time.

It's okay. We'll work on this thing eventually and the next party will be great no matter whose honor it ends up in. [It's a strange sort of thing that has her wanting to mend fences when she comes from such a hate-filled, war-torn world. Things here are practically idyllic in comparison and instead of being okay with the occasional conflict she wants to see even those resolved. Maybe it's just because it seems so much more possible on this backdrop. Or maybe just because this one involves Winn.]

I trust we will. [Robb sounds a little stiff as he says that.] I will be open to it. [Somewhat. At least until he is ready to do so. The insults are still fresh on his mind. But then again, The North Remembers.]

I will be leaving now. [But maybe he will grab some snacks on the way out.] My lady wife is here as well, I will take her with me.

Right. [Part of her wants to convince him to stay at that but most of her still just wants him to go to keep things easy for the moment. So Winn can have as close to perfect of a night as she can give him.]

I hope the two of you find something great to do in place of this tonight. [She just looks at him apologetically.]

[Robb smiles and bows slightly before he turns.]
