_{[ Kirk snorts at that, not quite in the mood for a laugh, though there's a flicker of humor along with the dour mood. He turns his head when he hears the clink, having been laying on his bed as if he might try and sleep, though he knew he wouldn't. Pushing up, he makes his way to the door, giving Kurt a wane smile. ]}

_{[ He stepped aside, motioning for him to put his burden down on the small table he kept and make himself comfortable. ]}

[Apparently making himself comfortable means setting the bag gently on said table before stepping up onto the wall and settling into his customary crouch. It's all very nonchalant, as though blatantly defying the laws of gravity is nothing at all.]

These might be captain's quarters, but they weren't all that large. He's all together to unnerved by Remy's disappearance to even begin addressing how Kurt is doing what he's doing.
