Not very... Faster if we rest, and even faster if I have some drinks, but I'm pretty sure drinking wine in the middle of a dungeon run isn't worth the MP.

You'd be better off asking her, honestly. Spriggans aren't capable of learning anything more advanced than the basic healing spell, so I don't have all the possible spells memorized. She does have a spell that offers poison resistance, but it doesn't let you move around much while it's active.
