[At some point after getting Nightingale to stop screaming, a proper party is assembled! They've got everything: tanks, mages, DPS, puzzle-solvers! This whole dungeon crawl should be a cinch, right? It's not like any of them have a tendency to attract bad luck or sudden disaster.

I wouldn't use my lightning down here because it's based in science. [She smiles wryly.] Buuut that's moot. I still don't have that section of my weapon anyway.

Well... I guess it's moot. I'll stick to fire down here. It's just a bit more expensive than my other spells, so I'll stick to melee range.

I'm currently hoping there's no need for melee range, but mysterious temples are probably not gonna indulge us in that regard.

Well... At least one in each era before the tenth? So, at least nine. But they tended to be spaced apart by a thousand years or so.
