I'm a decent swimmer. Nothing special. But I'm not a big fan of water.

I know. I look great in a swimsuit.

[There is a small smirk of amusement, though, as a lady comes by and puts two glasses of water on the table before leaving.]

[Fie takes a sip of water, setting her glass on the table when she's done.]

Since you don't swim, what do you do?

What do you mean? I work in a guild, like I said.

Is that the only thing you do? All day every day?

No. But I don't have a lot of hobbies.

So what about when you're not doing guild work?

I guess I help out where I can.

[Well, that could count as a hobby. Maybe.]

You said helping out. That's basically what your guild does, right?

[The way she sees it, anyway.] Why not find something you enjoy outside of that?

To some degree. We do take money for jobs.

[ He shrugs loosely. ]

I probably can. It's just been a while since I've been on my own.

[sylphid]

Like earlier today. [That part is similar enough to her former jaeger work.]

I like gardening. It's relaxing. Friends back home like music, painting, swimming, chess... There's a lot you could try.

I doubt I have any talent in those areas. I'm a decent cook and fighter and that's what I have going for me.

[sylphid]

It's not exactly about talents... They're all something you can learn and have fun with. Before I joined the gardening club at school, I'd never even tried. I was taught everything by the members.

[evervigilante]

[ A faint smile appears. ]

I could try acting. I did that for a short while.

[sylphid]

Heh, you seem like you'd be decent at that.

[She means that in a good way. Probably.] Anything else?

It's not like I keep a list of hobbies on me.

[Oh, look, food's here. Good timing server lady. When she leaves, Fie's more interested in eating than conversing.]
