[Oh, damn. She asked about the other stuff.]
Ehh. We have all kinds of awesome stuff. Like daemons big and small. Magic. Do you have magic? [Is magic a widespread kind of thing?] Oh, and... Okay. I know it's not like, spaceships and high tech or, whatever, but hear me out. No, actually...
[He fumbles for his camera and turns it on to flip quickly through what must be his entire life story on a memory card, but he also seems to have it committed to memory, because he shoots through the photos at lightning speed until he stops and turns to the window so she can see. It's a picture of Prompto being nuzzled by an enormous, bright, fluffy, yellow bird that stands at least a head taller than him.]
That's a chocobo. And they are the best.

[She sits back with her beer and watches him flip through his extensive photo gallery with expert speed. Geez this guy sure did like taking pictures. Once he's found what he's looking for, she leans forward, and a giant smile spreads over her face.] That is awesome! Do you ride it? Please tell me you ride it. I looks like you could ride it.
no subject
Hell yeah you can ride it! Chocobos are all-terrain, fast, and can get you most places a car can't. You won't find a better ride in all of Eos.
no subject
[But then something else catches her attention; Eos. He'd said that once before, didn't he?] Waaaaaait wait wait wait wait ...
Eos. Eos? Andromeda - Heleus Cluster - Pytheas- Eos?
no subject
[He's a little taken aback. Maybe a little scared. Is she's just throwing out random names now?]
no subject
[She looks at him with narrowed eyes.] What was your Eos like?
no subject
Um, wow. How do I even begin? [How do you describe a world, much less one he's only recently experienced?] U-um... Well, here!
[He whips out the camera again and flicks through the photos again, then scoots in close so he can share the images with her. The first are great towers looming over a sprawling metropolis.] That's the Citadel. It's where the king rules... ruled over Insomnia. That's where I'm from. Not - not the Citadel. But the city. It's where I grew up.
[More follow in quick succession.] That's the Disc of Cauthess. A meteor fell there, but Titan caught it and held it there for a millennia. ... This is Mount Ravatogh. Volcano. Hot as balls. ... This is Costlemark Tower. Never go there.
This is a sabertusk. [It's a selfie, and it looks like a gaping mouth and fangs two inches from taking his head off.] ... This is an Imperial Trooper from Niflheim. [Another selfie, this time with an ax aimed for his neck. Why is he alive?]
Here, knock yourself out. [He offers her the camera.]
no subject
[Eventually, though, she has to face the reality that it's different Eos's, and she hands the camera back to him with a huff.]
Our Citadel was better.
no subject
[It would have been cool, though, if it were the same world. It was still a little cool, that there were two worlds out there with the same name. (Though he supposed out of all the millions of worlds that must exist, it wasn't out of the realm of possibility.)]
Your Citadel probably is. Ours is gone.
[Probably. Maybe. Most likely. From what they'd been able to see, it might as well be.]
no subject
So what happened did it like blow up or something?
no subject
He tips his glass up, and wishes now he hadn't finished it off.]
But there was no peace treaty. The Empire invaded and destroyed everything. We turned back as soon as we heard, but we couldn't get into the city. What we could see, though... It was ... There wasn't much left.
