[Welcome new crew and visitors to the SS Blue Fish! There's been some additions to the crew, some grievous losses and some activity as they prepare these finale days to leave the planet of Mor. Don't mind the two cats and large amounts of meat being stored. Since Blue Fish lacks a pilot, the ship can still be found docked in Mor's volcano until they leave the planet for anyone who wants to drop by for a visit!]

Sounds like a pretty big project. [She can't even imagine how many he'll have to collect to try to get an idea of where they are.] But it's a good idea all the same. You find out anything? Any familiar constellations?

It's huge, but we're working together. Nope, nothing so far, no one recognises any of these constellations.

[She had a feeling that was the case. Who knows how many worlds away this fleet was from any of their homeworlds.]

Maybe they just haven't brought anyone from this part of space yet. I'm sure someone will recognize something in time.

...You know, that's a good point. Law of averages say someone from around here has to be picked up sooner or later.

Exactly! And there seemed to be a lot of newcomers when I came in, and this past week so far. It's only a matter of time. [Oooor so they think.]

Yeah, there have been way more people coming in than at the start of all this mess. We came in trickles, now we're coming in waves.

[Strange. And disconcerting, to say the least.]

I guess the show is getting more popular. [Her tone is uncharacteristically dry, as she's not usually one for much sarcasm, but it's the only explanation I can think of.]

I guess that means at least we'll get more ratings.

Is that a good thing? Ratings just mean more people watching us. [And thus spying on them, essentially. Creeeeeepy.]

Well, it does mean we can buy more stuff. Supplies at the waystations, things to make our lives more bearable here.

It's a pretty small consolation, but it's something.

I guess that makes sense. More viewers, more money. And I guess whoever is holding us here would make more money too.

Oh yeah, I bet they're rolling in it. Making money out of our misery.

Is it really so bad here, being on these ships? I mean, besides being taken from home and your loved ones?

I guess it could be worse? Actually, I'm sure it could be a lot worse. Nothing super terrible has happened yet. But that doesn't mean I'm not working on getting us all home.
