Okay, so, ignoring that this is kind of awful and I hate that I apparently can't teleport myself home...

Any advice for first-timers? Can't say I've watched much reality TV back home. Um, barring that... what's some good places to visit off-ship if you've got like five cents to your name?

You say that like it's easy for anybody. Can you honestly say that in your experience, people are willing to throw their life story at you?

Therapy's like... because it's a professional thing, it's their job to listen and not judge, and most importantly, not tell anybody else. It's like having a diary that actually gives you feedback on how to feel better.

Not unless they wanted something from me.

Never had a diary. Had a friend who'd just punch things out with me once upon a time.

Are punches like, a therapy requirement for you? Because I can try that, but I don't hit very hard.

Robots are pretty common right? Usually controlled by people with nothing better to do, in my experience.

It kinda varies where I'm from. Some of them are like that. Others are just like people- they have personalities and emotions and such. One of my friends was like that.

Never met a robot like that. I guess the closest is this fal'Cie that a friend of mine made.

Mostly overpowered assholes with parent issues. Only met three that weren't like that.

What does your world do with them? Put them in charge?

Actually... sometimes, yeah. Most of the ones I know are in professional heroic careers. It's probably symbolic in some way. Saving others so they can save themselves! ...Maybe.

The point is that if whatever is bothering you is still bothering you, then what you've been doing until now isn't working.

If it was easy, everyone would do it and nobody would ever feel bad. I think it's the strong ones who can put in the effort to improve their situation. Working through your old issues is an uphill climb and you fight for every step.

...Seriously I could give you a hundred peppy lines of encouragement for every excuse. The long and short of it is nothing ventured, nothing gained- and in the end it's always your choice.
