I would like to formally offer my services yet again to the fleet. For those of you unaware, I operate a small salon of sorts out of the Three Twins. If you have a need for your hair cut or anything else, please, for everyone's sake, let me do it.

Today is decidedly different. It's come to my attention that perhaps not all of you know how to read, and I'd like to offer my services as a private reading tutor. I can be a dreadfully patient man, and if that is something you'd like to be taught, I am more than happy to oblige.

I used to tutor when I was in the Circle in Quarinus. Of course, that was magic and not reading, but I dare say the fundamentals are much the same.

Well, good. I don't need them, but are you charging for them? In case I come across someone who needs them.

I was offering them free of charge, actually. Everyone ought to be able to read, at least on a basic level. It's a wonderful skill to have. I could scarcely imagine if I couldn't read, myself.

It's not entirely literacy, more like a desire to read, a spark of curiosity, that intrigues me.

But other times?

Gotta admit, I'm a sucker for trashy erotica and romance. The trashier, the better.

I will admit that I find myself reading things like that, on occasion, you are hardly alone. Have you had a chance to speak to Varric?

Ah, that one is one of his better works. Dreadfully curious, as well. We'll have to see what his next work is. I've asked him to write something for me to use to teach.

Have I ever told you how much I admire how you've gotten that mustache to twirl just so? It's a work of art, really.
