I'm impressed, but honestly can't decide if that was brave or foolish. Perhaps both, but I'm impressed you wanted to try it at all.

[Most people without magic or similar abilities preferred to keep it that way, scared of what the power might allow them. For all Jarvis knew, he could be stepping into some gifted ability that caused him to light the sheets on fire instead of warm things up.]

Let me know if anything ever does feel off, all right? And...if you learn anything else new, I'd love to see it.

What can I say? Sometimes I live dangerously.

[Har har. He sounds like he totally doesn't believe he lives dangerously.]

I will let you know, either way... It's good to get a first-hand way of exploring these strange augments, at the very least.

[Anders definitely does not believe Jarvis lives dangerously either.]

As much as I don't really like the idea of using a person as a test subject, I have to admit I think it's a good thing as well. We won't learn anything about them doing nothing.

Well, when you say 'test subject', it's a bit more frightening...

But I'd rather it be me than some other poor soul, I suppose.

[He likes most people on this fleet too much to leave it to them, you know!]
