my main goal is to blow up
Who: Lioriley && You!!! Wow!!!
Broadcast: Nay
Action: Blameless && The Iskaulit
When: Upon her arrival (1/26/18) and anytime thereafter.
I AM BLAMELESS (arrival)
[ Startled is a good word to describe the look on her face upon suddenly being ported onto the bridge of the Blameless. It takes her a solid ten seconds to fully register what's happening, and that standing there staring like a confused idiot probably isn't going to answer any questions she has.
And she has a lot of questions.
The first and foremost being where is she? Last she knew she was on the Marsiva, trying to go through all the knowledge that had suddenly been thrust upon her when she arrived. Now she was here, uncertain but slightly intrigued by the change in scenery. Eventually, she wills her legs to move forward and start down the hall, peeking into any doors that might be open and calling out. ]
Hello? [ Surely there must be someone here. Curiosity has her still walking aimlessly though, sometimes pressing buttons on doors just to see what they might do (they open the doors. amazing) because this is completely alien to her and it's incredible. ]
Iskaulit (various)
[ YEAH SO. Lioriley is a huge nerd. Huge nerds love books so as soon as she finds out there's a library you can bet that's where she's headed. Chances are high you will find her with a stack of books beside her, around her, or even on top of her because she has no self-control when it comes to devouring any and all knowledge she can get her hands on.
Alternatively, she might be at the Space Bar attempting to (politely) interrogate anyone willing to talk to her. Approaching with a smile and a light in her eyes that should not belong to anyone so unwillingly thrust into a new and odd situation so out of their element. ]
Good evening! [ She thinks it's evening? Uhh. How space work? ] You are a part of the Fleet, yes? Would you be so kind as to indulge me? I have only just arrived and I have — oh, far too many questions to ask at once, but if a few could be answered...

It is good to hear someone speaking so positively about their experiences here. What do you do for fun?

[He knows that on the spectrum of attitudes among the fleeters, he's definitely more towards the optimistic side. For now, anyway.]
Oh, uh. I swim a lot at the Iskaulit, I go visit my friends on different ships, and if we're planetside I do everything I can on the planet.

[ She notes the Iskaulit for later, planning to investigate it when she has the chance. ] Your friends — do you know any of them from your homeland? Or are they others that have been brought here as well? [ Or both. ]
no subject
[Still, he gives a chuckle.]
Both, actually. I've made new friends here that I didn't know before, but four of my buddies from back home are here, too. Don't know what I'd do without 'em.

Is it common for multiple people to be brought together? Or are you and your friends a rarity?

[He tries miming a giraffe with his hands. Which doesn't work well, and he ends up just kind of flailing and making weird shapes.]
Okay, ignore that. They're basically four legged animals that are really tall and have super long necks. I think they're pretty chill? But on some planet we were on, they were...very, very unchill.
[Shudder.]
Hmmm... I mean, it's not uncommon. There's a bunch of people here who know each other from their home worlds, but a bunch of people who are by themselves, too. I don't think there's more of one or the other.

I see. Either way, it is good to hear that not everyone arrives alone. Such a situation can be... confusing, to say the least.
Then again, I suppose even being alone is not such a terrible thing, if we are greeted by those so willing to help. [ Looking at u lance. ]

[And they were just as bad the second time around. Still, that last part makes him smile.]
Hey, it's the least I can do, especially for a girl like you!
no subject
She tilts her head. ]
A girl like me? [ What does that even mean, lance? ]
no subject
[He gives her a charming smile, but pauses, and it turns to a sheepish one.]
Sorry, uh... Old habits die hard. I'm actually in a relationship now, but there's no harm in telling a pretty person that they're pretty, right?
no subject
No need to apologize. There is no harm in it. [ She can take a compliment without assuming he has some interest in her. They've only just met, after all. ]
no subject
[He may be downplaying how pathetically cheesy said compliments/pick up lines were, granted....]
