[ Naturally Eizen doesn't stop himself from laughing, head shaking slightly. They're both terrible at vocalizing some things, but it tends to come through in their actions. Zaveid's come through in this, makes it mean something, mean more than can be properly spoken. ]

Really? I wouldn't have guessed you got yourself a mountain climbing hobby in your old age.

[airily]

[ Zaveid just scoffs, settling down and making himself comfortable. HIs legs stretch out in front of him and he leans back, staring out at the horizon. It's nice, he thinks, and all the better for knowing that they're entirely a lone. ]

I've climbed a hell of a lot of mountains thanks to that kid.

[rockily]

Who, Sorey?

[ Of course it's Sorey, who else would it be? It doesn't surprise Eizen, considering the kid's role as the Shepherd and the amount of things that tend to roost upon mountains. Eizen chuckles softly, walking over to settle down beside the other seraph. ]

Good, you probably needed the exercise.

[airily]

Hey!

[ He reaches out and thumps Eizen's arm - gently enough, but not really gentle - scoffing. ]

I bring you to a real nice spot for a date and this is how you treat me?

[rockily]

[ Eizen just grins, barely moving from the hit. ]

This is how I always treat you. [ He shifts, nudging Zaveid's arm in turn. ] Besides you know I like the spot.

[airily]

You could try being a little nicer.

[ It's said petulantly, but he obviously doesn't mean it. There's a softness about him as he leans just a little bit closer to Eizen. ]

I should've brought beer.

[rockily]

I'll try if you makes you stop pouting.

[ Maybe he should stop picking on Zaveid, maybe. ]

We don't need it.

[airily]

Bet you like it when I pout.

[ Just kidding. Hah. He leans back, finally dropping to the dirt. ]

Yeah? [ He hums, closing his eyes. ] Enjoying the view?

[rockily]

It's adorable.

[ He's joking, or maybe he isn't either way Eizen leans back on his hands looking over the view before them. ]

Yeah, haven't seen a view like this in... A while.

[airily]

[ He was talking about himself, asshole!!!

Just kidding. Zaveid is smiling because he's done well, getting Eizen to somewhere nice, making him smile for a little bit. It worked out. ]

Damn right I'm adorable.

[rockily]

[ There would be a few things that made this moment perfect; the ocean, a ship, the promise of ancient undiscovered ruins and artifacts just waiting to be discovered. But this still good, on top a mountain high above this planet's bustling life with none one around but Zaveid.

He chuckles again, glancing down at him. ]

Only sometimes.

[airily]

All the time, asshole.

[ It's fresh air and an open sky, and that's more than Zaveid can ask for, given the nature of being on the fleet and the tense chain that is being stuck on the Atroma. It's claustrophobic, but he clings to it. The freedom of feeling the wind - real wind, proper wind - in his hair is indescribable. ]
