What did you name them? I'm having a difficult time because this is the first time I've had anything like a pet. Um, I think it's a male.

That's when trouble brews, from my limited experience. Besides, more than two mages at a time tends to be trouble anyway.

... You know, it makes sense about the weapons. She's pretty picky about what she uses, but then a good sword will save your life in battle and if you have one that shatters, that is literal your death in you face.

I think giving them the title of people is generous. They've not really shown themselves to be very sympathetic. Aside from the little "vacation" planet we got to enjoy.

Well, that makes some sense, but I'd probably compare them to the Tevene Magisters of old, if I had to make a comparison.

[Not that he really knows any Tevene magisters. Dorian hardly counts.]

Uh, most of them are jerks. Historically and recently, from what I understand. They used to rule over most of my world, and it wasn't kind. Let's just put it like that.

Might not want to say that around the Tevene mage we have running around. He might take offence to that, since, you know, he's supposed to be a moderate in the Imperium's doings or something.

By the seven there is actually a Tevinter here? What is he like?

Yeah, we have a Tevene mage here, though I heard that Fenris is from the Imperium as well. But, since he's an elf, I can only assume he was a slave.

As for Dorian, he's....different. Can't really describe him. You're better off finding out yourself.

I suppose I shall, then. Although I have always liked Fenris so I am not sure how I will feel about someone enslaving him.

I'm not sure that Dorian had much to do with that. The Imperium's had slaves for well over a thousand years. Hardly his fault that his country's sort of...the nexus for all things over the top evil on Thedas.

... well honestly I am not entirely certain how one place can be the nexus of all evil, but then again, we have the Wall. So.
