[Action/Video] First Emblem
Who: Lucina and you
Broadcast: yes
Action: Marsiva and later Planetside
When: Marsiva (March 11th-16th for action, video 3/15), Planetside for the rest of March
[Action on the Marsiva]
[Waking up with no memory in strange places is not something Lucina is known for. Certainly, she's done a lot of crazy things in her time, but pulling something like her mother and brother? Not a chance. A few minutes of searching proves that Falchion is missing, as are the tomes, staves and lances she would use in battle. In fact, she's completely defenseless.
And she hates it.
What she does find is the butterfly mask she borrowed from Gerome all those weeks and months ago and she wastes no time slipping it on and pulling her hair up to hide the length. She knows it might be useless, considering she's obviously been kidnapped and her belongings pilfered. Still, it gives her some comfort as she tries to get her bearings. Until her fingers come across a strange...thing in her hair line.]
Who is in charge here?!
[After her outburst, she is stalking through the entirety of this strange ship, processing what she knows from her actual world, the past and the strange knowledge about the things she's never seen before a day in her life. And she's looking for anyone there to get some answers.]
Video on the Marsiva
[Yep, she sure is wearing her mask still and she's managed to figure out how to use the devices while stuck on the Marsiva.]
I've read some of the messages you've traded with one another. Going back further than a few months means absolutely nothing. What I want to know is who are these Atroma and have you yet determined their base?
Planetside
[The moment that Lucina's feet hit the deserted streets of Nariba Relia, she's searching the shops for anything to use as a weapon. She doesn't trust any of the other people in the Fleet yet. (She doesn't see a reason to do so.) And without Falchion, she feels too vulnerable.
Her first stop is in one of the many shops, hefting different objects to see if she likes the weight. Even if she can't find a sword, she can use almost anything as a lance.
After she's satisfactorily geared, Lucina isn't afraid to peruse the shops to find clothes and things to take back with her. (SOMEONE STOP HER FROM TRYING TO MIX PATTERNS, PLEASE!)
Once the shopping is over, she's out to inspect the rest of the world. The theme park and movie theater don't really interest her, but she's not above being convinced to at least try them out if someone's persuasive enough.]

[Mask or no, he recognizes his sister, and he's really glad to see a familiar face.]
Lucina!
no subject
Morgan, what are you doing here?
[It's a bit of a relief to have him with her. There are no signs of their parents, friends or associates, but that doesn't mean anything. They'll find the others. They always do.]
Are you alright?
no subject
Yep, I'm fit as a fiddle! I've been looking around here for a bit, and there don't seem to be any threats that I can see. No Risen, that's for sure.
[Morgan takes another good look around the hallway they're in. This place definitely felt empty.]
Have you found any of the others?
no subject
Aside from you, I've yet to see anyone else, foe or friend. Although, I suppose we should be thankful for the lack of Risen.
[Nothing like not having to deal with Grima.]
I'm concerned that Falchion and the rest of my weapons are missing. You don't happen to have your tomes, do you?
no subject
[He was missing most of his belongings, sure, but none of them were a national treasure that also happened to be the only sword that could kill an evil dragon.]
No, most of my stuff is gone, too. All I woke up with was the clothes on my back.
[At least he had his robe. He'd be sad if he lost that.]
We could explore the ship together? If it's here, we're bound to find it!
no subject
[There's a vulnerary and an elixir in her pouch, but they'd only do so much if they got into a fight.]
I'm not against more exploring. Finding Falchion is important, but we should look for something to defend ourselves in the meantime. Something tells me that whomever has taken us hasn't done so without a purpose.
[Lucina is about to head forward before she reaches over and runs her fingers over the back of her brother's head. There.]
I think these also play into that purpose, Morgan.
no subject
I think you're right. But, this situation is strange, right? Whoever took us managed to knock both of us out and take Falchion, but we're fine aside from that. If they were planning on hurting us, why not do it then?
[He takes another good look around.]
Any why leave us alone? They must have known that when we woke up, the first thing we'd do is look for something to defend ourselves with.
no subject
That's a good question. It would be the opportune moment, so it can't have anything to do with the Grimleal or Validar.
[She refuses to acknowledge that that man is possibly their grandfather. She won't.]
But leaving us alone means that whomever is responsible doesn't think we're a threat. I'm not sure if it's a comfort that everyone continues to underestimate us.
[But she certainly wishes their parents and friends were there. She'd feel a lot better about things.]
no subject
[This is probably not the bright side that Morgan should be looking on. But, if his time with Mother had taught him anything, it's that an opponent underestimating you is always to your advantage.]
[He takes another good look around his surroundings, something still feels...off.]
Y'know, the more I look at this ship, the less threatening it is. Maybe whoever brought us here doesn't intend to hurt us at all.
[Morgan feels the back of his head again. The foreign object is still there.]
I think they may have brought us to study us.

[She nods.]
That would be sensible, considering they haven't exactly proven to be the most trustworthy from what I can tell.
no subject
[He glances aside, as if Atroma didn't have eyes and ears everywhere]
There might be more I can tell you, but it'll have to wait until you get released from the Marsiva.
no subject
[She's seen mentions of the other victims being dead on their own worlds, so it's not surprising, but it is a little disgusting that the dead aren't allowed to remain dead.
Much like the Risen back home.]
Marsiva... So that is the name of this ship. And if things are to be believed, we're in space.

She stops as she hears the familiar sound of a whetstone against a blade before heading in that direction. Considering that the planet has appeared to be completely deserted of any native life forms aside from the strange fauna, Lucina feels only half-cautious as she approaches the man.
As she gets closer, she frowns to herself. There's something that makes her almost homesick as she watches him work. She can't place it though.]
If you continue to sharpen that blade, you'll ruin the entire weapon. Nothing here looks to be of any sort of good quality.
no subject
Their lack of quality is exactly why I'm doing this. It's useless without a proper edge.
[Relax lady, he knows what he's doing.]
no subject
And that's when she places it: Gerome. He reminds her of Gerome. And even though Morgan is here, somewhere, it feels strange to not have the rest of her friends with her after all the trouble they've gone through being reunited with the Shepherds.]
There is practically no metal left to that edge. You don't want it to shatter in your face, do you?
[It's ugly when that happens.]
no subject
With that, he grabs a second (unsharpened) knife from the side and begins the process anew.
See? It's fine. Don't lecture him.]
no subject
And Morgan is good for doing things that are supposed to help but end up annoying. Outside of battle, that is.]
That poor table, what did it do to you?
[It feels a little foreign, trying for levity when she really is concerned.]
I see you've some experience.
no subject
[Scrape, scrape. The sound of the blade on whet is methodical, almost therapeutic.]
What are you searching for?
no subject
She looks down at the makeshift polearm in her hand and sighs.]
I'm actually looking for a whet stone for a knife or something that I can use to sharpen this to a point. A javelin would be better in a fight than a stick. Where did you find yours?
