[when the video begins, it focuses on a fairly large creature, sat in the cargo bay of the Caprine. It's sat on its hind legs with one paw raised in front of its face, claws flexing almost curiously. It then sighs, a bemused look crossing its face]

This isn't good. [it murmurs; for those who are familiar with Baku, her voice comes out of the giant creature, along with a deeper, more growly tone.

It's then that it notices the device, and with a low growl - that could be similar to any number of different animals - a big paw comes down on top of it, ending the video]


[later, she puts up another broadcast, only this time it's strictly voice only. She does not sound very happy]

Can a glitch keep someone from returning to their human form? Asking for a friend.

[at least her sense of humor is intact]

I guess, while I'm here - if anyone has any nightmares they'd like to get rid of, I'd be happy to eat them. It might be a power thing keeping me like this, I don't know.

All the time. They taper off some when we hit planet, though. Oh, but we do have a Tourist, might be a good replacement.

I wonder if it would count, then, if someone from that ship came to visit . . .

You don't have to do that. [it's bad enough that her crew will see her like this] I don't know anyone there anyway.

I shouldn't . . . I mean, I was like this for thousands of years before I was granted a human form. But if you'd like to check I'd be very thankful. Just to be safe.

Just in your nets. I can return to my realm, but - my body as it is right now still remains.

I can. But it isn't as . . . populated as it is back home. It's different.

Is your realm the sort that you can travel through to find another exit?

[She's trying to work out if Baku has a connection to the Dreaming.]

Usually, yes. Back home, I use it to travel across my territory - or to others, if the access is there.

I haven't tried here, though. Not yet.

If it's anything like my realm, it's probably quite safe. It's built from the dreams of the people present, after all.

[...too bad the people present are currently moving through space on a regular basis and not staying put. It's too dangerous for her to access; it'd class as the far reaches of the outer Dreaming and she'd lose herself in seconds.]

That's true, but I don't want to risk it. Especially if there are others here who can access it; I don't know how stable it is here with only a few of us present.
