[Nodding, she lets Katara enter first.]

It's part of the allure. Relaxing isn't hard in this weather.

[Kaname goes in after her, looking up at the menu on the walls.]

I guess... It's good weather to play in the water, anyway.

It is. I went surfing for the first time in ages.

Occasionally, but I haven't done it in a few years.

[Kaname looks at the menus more.]

[Sensing a ... general disinterest with this line of conversation, and perhaps with the conversation in general, Katara does not gush about surfing as she might have otherwise done. After all, she did foist an introduction on the other girl, she didn't need to prolong the conversation if Kaname would rather be uninterrupted. Instead, she smiles a little.]

It's one of my favorite things to do in the ocean. I'm just going to go up to the bar and order my drink. I'll leave you to eat in peace. It was nice to meet you, Kaname.
