[A thoughtful hum, noncommittal. Natasha doesn't in fact, have much interest in team stats. There's something to be consider about how it reflects the local politic, but it's still a stretch.]

I'm sure there are people out there who find that very interesting.

[Stephen hasn't even thought of how these competitions might interfere with the politics of this system, but then again, he's never been one to play well the political game. He's always been more of a 'I do what I want' than favoring the more subtleties of making sure his words pleased everyone. Even when rubbing elbows with the deep pockets in the medical world, he had let his research and talent spoke for themselves instead of cozying it up to them.]

Most certainly. But all of this information doesn't quite give a good idea of why we've stopped here in the first place.

Hard to say. Sometimes we show up places, and there doesn't seem to be any ulterior motives. No big picture. Other times...

[Stephen is looking at the same piece in front of him, arms crossed and mind focused on what Natasha is saying.]

So, there's not always a purpose to our stops. [Perhaps other than resupplying the ships. It' not a comforting thought: a purpose would have meant that there's an ultimate goal to the Atroma's broadcast. That or they are more clever than he first expected them.

Wait and see. But I'm not sure I'd say there's not purpose exactly. More like if there is, we don't always get to know it.
