[Bucky was fairly terrible at letting anyone other than Sam know where he was going, he was far too used to going where he wanted or needed without anyone questioning him; so running into Cyril was a surprise, but not an unwelcome one. He smirked at the flirtation.]

I could say the same, there seems to be all kinds of natural beauty out here today.

As it happens, I am. I'm not sure if I'm looking for small to practice my aim or large for the usefulness of it.

[He nodded to Cyril's arm.]

That looks nicer than the last one. Did you get it here?

I did. [He looks extremely pleased about that as well and twists his arm a bit to show it off.]

It's going to help a lot when it comes to using my bow.

I'm sure.

[His hand comes up, but then he pauses and glances from the arm back to Cyril.]

May I have a look at it?

[Cyril nods and moves closer, offering Bucky his arm. It's a shiny metal and smooth to the touch and look. He had liked the sleek design of it.]

[Bucky reached out as he'd first intended and put a hand under Cyril's arm, the other tracing his fingertips lightly along the creases in the metal. It was smooth, a nearly flawless work of art and machinery. He was definitely impressed.]

It's a good piece. Were we back home, I'd offer to help you with it if you ever need it, I worked a lot with tech back home, but it seems this place is messing with what I know since it doesn't fall under 'Comms.'

[There was definitely a hint of bitterness to his tone, but his expression was still kind when directed to Cyril.]

You know, what I can offer are lessons in fighting with only one arm, if you're interested or think you might need it. I trained a lot of my soldiers back home and some of them were missing parts of themselves and needed to learn how to compensate for it. I learned along with them so I could teach others in the future.

I would like that, actually.

[He can remember how useless he felt when they were trying to find the cannibals. He never wants to feel that way again.]

It means a lot that you would offer. That and I wouldn't turn down spending more time with you.

[Bucky hasn't told him to stop flirting or seemed too opposed to it yet, but if he ever does that will be when Cyril knocks it off. For now, he offers him a bit of a smile to go with the comment.]

Flatterer. You see me all the time, we're down the hall from each other.

[He'd flirted to get on someone's good side before, endear himself to them so if things went south, as he'd anticipated, he'd have someone in his corner. Now, things were a little more calm, a little more set...and while he didn't trust anything still, there was a familiarity and fun in the old game. He smirked.]

Then I'll get something set up in the gym and you can come by whenever. We'll have some fun.

Oh, if you promise 'fun' I'll have to be there.

[He likes the flirting because it means he doesn't have to dwell on bad memories.]

Even if you only mean training.

[His smirk softens.]

There could be dancing. But, yes, predominantly training. It will, however, leave you exhausted and likely satisfied, so not too far off.

Promises, promises.

[Cyril really can't help the grin that spreads across his face.]

Though I would never turn down a dance with you.

[That makes him laugh. And as Cyril responds, he realizes what he'd said and can't help but be a little surprised at himself. Sure, he'd used to dance all the time, but since he and Peggy had finally had another dance together, he hadn't really danced with anyone, not even Sam. But he didn't want to take it back now that it was out there.

He was actually looking forward to it, something 'home.']

Just what I like to hear. I'll see you there, then. [His cheeky smile morphed into something earnest.]

I'm looking forward to it.

Me too. I hope I turn out to be a worthwhile student.

[Cyril nods and then focuses on doing just that. It's pretty incredible to be able to hunt as easily as he once did and by the end, he's in a pretty good mood. Things are starting to feel better again.]
