He's making his way down towards the water when he comes across Gil, and stops short. There's definitely a glance at his shirt, which is...well. It's a shirt is what it is. A faint smile pulls at the corners of his mouth.]
Hey. Fancy seeing you here.
[Felix himself is not...well, he's not absolutely dressed for the beach. He's got on long (but lightweight, light-colored) pants and sneakers. His one real concession to the summer atmosphere is that he's wearing a tanktop instead of a t-shirt.]
