Okay. The cheddar biscuits should be flaky, flaky, flaky. Not a big doughy crumbly mess. And you should taste the cheddar but not get big hunks of cheese. Like the flavor is all infused through it evenly. Maybe sometimes a bite of cheese but not a chunk of it.
