So... I've been thinking a lot about this captain thing, since the ships were attacked. It's totally fine on a normal day with you guys, but... I'm really worried that I'm not gonna be able to do things well enough if we run into a serious problem again, you know? And I can't even talk very loud, so it's...

I can understand the fear. Though if it's any consolation, I think everyone did as much as they could. I don't know that anyone could've prevented it, without a pilot.

But I, um. I've actually been thinking about stepping down from being a captain, and putting someone else in my place...

Oh! [ Steffa blinks a couple of times, then nods. Yeah, she gets that. She's done it herself - stepped down to let someone more qualified take over. ] Well, there's nothing wrong with that. Who were you thinking of picking?

[ She sounds a little surprised, but not displeased. ]

I would've assumed you'd choose Tadashi or Fingon, I... I'm honored, Krista, truly.

Really? No way... Tadashi's got way too much stuff going on, and... [the other one is kind of complicated, so she just shrugs.] ...And I totally trust you. You care about these guys as much as I do, you know?

[ Steffa reaches out to clasp Krista's hands in her own, because she's ridiculously sincere that way ]
