[Well, that all sure happened. But at least you have the waystations! Whether you want to stock up on supplies, work, trade, or visit the very fancy Virtual Reality Dome, it's bound to be a nice break from the attacks of the 5th.

[Belth is sort of like having a cat curled up against you, complete with moodswings. He stares openly at Adra for a second, though-- and then he laughs.

He really needs to do that more often.]

You reprogrammed the constructs! That's amazing! I wish I had seen it. I, ah... I didn't go outside very much before all of this, [he says, like it's not completely obvious.]

Of course. Those slogans were terrible. Telling people to shut up and sit down, basically. The last thing we need to hear.

[He smiles at Bel, gratified for the laughter.]

Here's where I say you should go outside because fresh air is good for you, but we all know that this whole place is basically climate controlled. So, instead --

[He touches the tip of Bel's nose, very gently, with his forefinger.]</small --instead you should go outside because that's how you learn what's happening in the world.

I have to agree. I just... never thought of it, I suppose.

[He really doesn't see that kind of smile much, and it makes him duck his head. He's terribly shy-- and then he gets booped on the nose. A blush spreads from his nose to his cheeks.]

[He puffs up his cheeks then.]

I got to see the world a little. Granted, it was after Deathwing wrecked everything, but it was something. I really only used to travel for reagents for Magister Dariel, but then I found someone very interesting and followed him for a bit. It was the first time I'd ever been outside of a capital city.

I tried negotiating with some Alliance druids in Felwood. It... it did not go well.

Someone interesting, huh? And Alliance druids. You've done more at your age than I did, that's for sure.

He was an orc mage! I had never seen one before. I thought he wouldn't know a thing about magic, being a brute, but-- [He clears his throat.] He knew more than I expected. [Read: he beat Belth squarely. Effortlessly, even.

He rubs at the back of his head, a sheepish slant to his mouth.]

I-I am not sure nearly dying counts as doing something...

Ah, well, sometimes we have to face death before we can unlearn our toxic prejudices against other races, eh?

[He smooths back Bel's hair.]
