[he was just about to suggest he shove his arm in his bag and get the fuck out of dodge - he's a sensible person even if he's losing it and quite frankly, he hates losing it - and then Jayden takes off her mask and he feels the panic swell again because - well he isn't sure why]

Breathe something other than the mist - might help break the hallucination long enough to get out of here.

If I know it's a hallucination then I can handle it, I'm already used to breaking them.

[and with that, he drops the bag from his shoulder and takes a deep breath, then goes to grab his arm. It's still sparking and threatening to explode, but it still doesn't hurt when he touches it - but that doesn't change the speed in which he shoves it into his bag and zips it up. Out of sight, out of mind, sure, maybe it'll work]

[ She puts her mask back on as she watches him retrieve his arm, and once it's inside the bag and zipped up, she nods. Good enough for her - time to get the hell out of here. ]

Back the way we came then?

[ She's not really waiting for an answer, already headed back out, but she is watching him over her shoulder to make sure everything's still okay - and hopefully no more crazy hallucinations start cropping up... ]

[no worries, as soon as he hikes the bag up on his shoulder he's right behind her, more than eager to get the hell out of there and back up to fresh air] Fuck yes.

[he'll have to find an even better mask than this one if he even wants to attempt to come back down here - which he's not sure he wants to do anymore, if this is the shit he's going to end up dealing with]
