Four Men and a Little Lady???
Who: The crew of the Tourist and potential visitors
Broadcast: probably not
Action: on the Tourist!
When: The week of April 12-18
[So the Tourist finally gets a female crew member! Hurray for representation! Or something. This is going to make quarters kind of awkward, but at least they have shields now, right?]

VISITING
She smiles.]
They are very loud here. Sometimes it's sweet and sometimes it hurts. And...
[She stops, and she turns, like the heard something.]
Sparrows with wings clipped, tongues cut out.
no subject
Hey, kiddo. River, right? You looking for somebody?
no subject
She hears a thread of an ache, there's so much blood. The flowers are rotting in the vases. There's sweet but also fire and it all tangles together.
no subject
Blood, huh? [He's really not sure what she's talking about; nobody got hurt badly enough in the attack for there to be much blood. Is she reading his head again? He's not sure when he's even thought about much blood, for that matter. Fire, though, that's a constant in his life.] Fire's always with me, tangled or otherwise; we're a package deal.

[It's easier to focus on one person than everyone else in this ship.]
no subject
I guess I do. [He's spent over a decade being an assassin, carrying out those icky orders nobody else wanted to do... can you blame him for keeping his distance? Friends were a liability. He rubs the crown of his head.] I've been getting better about it, though. It's a lonely way to live, and I never really liked it.
no subject
[And then she thinks softly.]
Why the qi?
[Pronounced a lot like "key"]
no subject
Why, indeed? I've been askin' myself that a lot, lately. Starting to think exploring those moons wasn't a very good idea at all.
[But it had seemed like such a good idea at the time. --Right, he was gonna work on... not thinking about the Organization around River. It's something he doesn't really like to think about anyway--all the betrayals, the lies, the unanswered questions... Dammit, he's not doing a very good job of not thinking about it, is he?
[He gives a start then.]
Key? [He scratches his head.] Mine? Or someone else's? Apparently there's a lot of keys. [Riku's got one, Sora's got one, even Kairi apparently has one. He's still not sure he believes Riku when he says he gets one of his own.] I'm not sure I deserve one, but... I guess, in the end, you don't get to decide what you deserve, do ya?

You asked for it. She did, too. She asked them to please make her More. Please tell her how to use her mind.
[She's walking after him like she's following the trail of something important, but her voice cracks a little.]
She didn't read the fine print, either. And now it's the same, it resonates and the ache is there and there's blood.
no subject
I have no idea what you're talking about.
[A little part of him does, but he pushes it down as far as he can. The lyrium flickers, for just a moment, reacting to the panic bubbling under the surface. ]
no subject
[The lyrium hurts, though, it's like static in her head. She presses a hand to the side of her head.]
You're one of the moons. I saw the planet Hawke. Your thread ties back to him, but it's not red.
no subject
Solas has left the ship, I suggest you go follow him again. He seems to be collecting demons.
Leave me be. That is your only warning.

[She sounds Very Sad.]

How? Is it magic?

They're not rotting though. [ But more importantly! ]
Hello!

[She smiles a little.]
no subject
[ Agreeing... sort of. He swings a foot, making his clothes rustle like leaves. ]
no subject
Chlorophyll catches, she means. Death.

[ Ladon's not really sure what to make of the girl in their cargo hold. He's sure he heard her saying something, but hell if he could understand any of it. It's probably just his hearing. ]
Or... here t'visit Axel? He's pretty popular 'round here, I guess.
no subject
[She sits down on the floor and looks over at him.]
What a skin you have there.
no subject
[ How in the world do you respond to that? ]
no subject
[She smiles a bit.]
