Four Men and a Little Lady???
Who: The crew of the Tourist and potential visitors
Broadcast: probably not
Action: on the Tourist!
When: The week of April 12-18
[So the Tourist finally gets a female crew member! Hurray for representation! Or something. This is going to make quarters kind of awkward, but at least they have shields now, right?]

[First they get attacked, then there's no gravity, and now this. Never a dull moment around this place...]

Hello? Are you busy? [he could be staring at the most IMPORTANT THING IN THE UNIVERSE!!! she's not sure, but wants to err on the side of politeness]

Oh! Hey there, newbie. It's Colette, right? [He gestures vaguely with one hand.] I saw you on the network, when you first arrived.
Nah, not really. [He glances back into the room and frowns a bit.] Just contemplating sleeping arrangements, is all. I'm Axel, I'm the captain; what'cha need?
no subject
It's really nice to meet you, Axel. I didn't need anything, I was just looking around the ship. [and as she kind of leans to the side so she can peer into the dorm room, it seems that he had just been blocking her way, haha. But anyways, her eyes light up at the room]
Is this where we sleep? Wow, we have our own beds and everything! [bed is a... generous term]

Seems we'll be in need of an upgrade.

How much we need t'get rooms? Or at least a room. For the li'l lady.
[ He can't expect her to lodge up with a bunch of men. It's improper on so many levels, and disrespectful in others. ]

It'll take two payments, it always does, to get an upgrade. Asteffiel and I split it before so we could get rid of the bunk beds, so if we do that one more time we'll get private rooms to ourselves. It won't be 'til next month, though, so I'm wondering what to do 'til then. Since Solas transferred, we lost the civilian room, so we don't even have a couch anymore.

So the cucumber pipe goes.. ah-- here?
Ah! [there is a loud clanging as something is being dropped on the ground, and then a solid 'thump'. Yep, she just tried to sit up too quickly and slammed her head into the broken mahinery]
Ow-- huh? [but a second later beeping noises ring out and some machinery whirs back to life. Whatever she hit... it seems to be working now?] Wow... I really did it! [she says it like she can't quite believe it herself. F-Feel free to have your characters pop their head in the engine room at any point in this...comedy of errors.]

[ Hello new person on the ship, Asteffiel is just going to peek around the door at her. ]

Yes! I think so? I'm still trying to understand this new information... but at least intuition seems to be helping. [there's a slight implied question mark at the end]

Everythin' all right in here? Heard an 'ow.'

And I didn't break anything... [Colette, no one said that you did] I think I fixed it! A little, at least.

I really hope you're our new engineer. Otherwise, if Axel sees this, he might have a stroke.

"On fire", "Falling apart", "where did those velocipedes come from"
just spit-balling ideas]
Oh, yes that's me! I'm sorry. [she inches out from under the machinery where she's working and bows her head apologetically] I really wanted to start working right away, so I haven't said hello to everyone yet...

VISITING
She smiles.]
They are very loud here. Sometimes it's sweet and sometimes it hurts. And...
[She stops, and she turns, like the heard something.]
Sparrows with wings clipped, tongues cut out.
no subject
Hey, kiddo. River, right? You looking for somebody?
no subject
She hears a thread of an ache, there's so much blood. The flowers are rotting in the vases. There's sweet but also fire and it all tangles together.

You asked for it. She did, too. She asked them to please make her More. Please tell her how to use her mind.
[She's walking after him like she's following the trail of something important, but her voice cracks a little.]
She didn't read the fine print, either. And now it's the same, it resonates and the ache is there and there's blood.

[ Ladon's not really sure what to make of the girl in their cargo hold. He's sure he heard her saying something, but hell if he could understand any of it. It's probably just his hearing. ]
Or... here t'visit Axel? He's pretty popular 'round here, I guess.

[She sits down on the floor and looks over at him.]
What a skin you have there.

Cargo Bay - Open to all
So he'll be alternating between punching the crap out of their poor punching bag, and moving to lifting weights. For once, he's not wearing his terrifyingly spiky death gauntlets. Mostly because they'd probably puncture the punching bag and he isn't using any more upgrade time to get it fixed.
He's doing his usual trick of Alone Time, but he's at least grown accustomed to his crew enough that he won't flat out ignore them if they pass by. Yay? ]
