[The video starts with the camera actually falling. There's some chaos and then the sound of a canine yelping. Everything goes dark like cloth fell on it before you can see again that it's...Biffy's salon? The device has been shifted enough to reveal a wolf trying hard to free itself from what looks like the remains of a suit.

When it sees the device on, it scrambles over and...the recording ends.]

Iskaulit - First day of glitch (Closed to Lyall)

[It's been literally years since Biffy last found he couldn't control his changes. For that reason, he's understandably distressed when he suddenly finds himself changed into a wolf. Quite forcibly! It takes him some time to at least free himself from his clothes enough that he can walk normally, even if it means the remains of what are left still cling to him.

So now he's darting around the Iskaulit with his communicator in his mouth since he really has nowhere else to put it. Which means there's now a distressed chocolate colored (with a delightful red colored marking like a cravat on his chest) wolf wearing torn up clothes running around. This is his first glitch that he's gone through so he's not used to it!]

Iskaulit or Blameless - Rest of the glitch period

[Well, he's stuck like this. After the first day of stress now he's just resigned to the fact that he's stuck like this until this place will let him change. So usually he can be found on the Blameless or the Iskaulit. Just wandering mostly to get the energy out of his system since he can't open up his shop while he's like this.

But really it's just him moping. Flopped about looking depressed.

Want to try to cheer up the sad wolf?]

[Ulaz noticed that the wolf seemed to attempt a bow. Interesting that he still tried to be proper and polite even when in that form. And different from how they were on the full moon.

He watched as Biffy came over, sitting down in front of him, close enough for Procyon to lean in closer and sniff him. Which the dog down, moving in closer to investigate the new animal on the ship... who smelled vaguely familiar]

I'm sorry to hear that you are stuck in this form. It should be temporary at least. When my augment glitched, it was only for a few days. Keith's and Lance's seem to have lasted longer, but those too ended.

[Biffy likely remembered Ulaz's augment glitch. Having to rearrange the kitchen after every time Ulaz went in there]

Do you need anything?

[Since he's still able to indicate with nods and other gestures, they can always do that]

[At one point he noses the dog lightly. Not to get him to stop what he's doing, of course. It's almost more...playful really.

Largely because he trusts Ulaz to protect his dignity and not mention that he was playing with the dog in this form.

Biffy tilts his head at the question, considering it. Does he need anything? Well other than the glitch to fix itself? He shakes his head. No. He surprisingly doesn't need anything right now actually.]

[Okay. Good. He didn't need anything] You can let me know if you do.

[Ulaz was definitely a good person for Biffy to "let his hair down" - so to speak - around. He had no interest in telling people that Biffy had decided to try and play with Shiro's dog while stuck in wolf form. It was pretty mundane news in his opinion so it wasn't worth spreading around.

When Biffy nosed at him, Procyon definitely seemed to perk up, getting into a play stance, inviting the wolf to play with him]

[After a quick look around to note that no one else is there, he shifts his posture. With a small huff, he bats at the dog with one of his paws before springing back to get the dog to come after him.

No one but Ulaz will ever know about it so you can bet Biffy is going to play with the dog right now. He even lets out a soft yip to entice the dog further.]

[Ulaz stepped to the side when it became clear that Biffy and Procyon were going to play. He didn't want to be in the way, but he could also make sure others did not get in the way. Two canines playing in a ship like this was not normal.

Besides, Procyon was happy at the moment, not pining for Shiro.

Procyon was more than happy to take the invitation to play. There was a definite play bow before he bounded after Biffy, playfully batting at him and attempting to tackle]

[The tackle attempts all miss as Biffy gracefully dodges. He even nips at him sometimes in a way that is clearly meant for play rather than attack. You know, the way dogs play.

Bouncing around, he encourages Procyon to chase after him down the hall before having him come back.

He'll have Procyon good and tired by the time he's done here, Ulaz. Just you wait and see.]

[Tackle failed, but Procyon is not discouraged. He playfully bats and nips as well when he can get close enough to Biffy. He chases the wolf up and down the hall, happy to have someone to run around with.

Ulaz can tell he will. Which he's grateful for. The dog may sleep comfortably tonight / today rather than anxiously worrying over Shiro]

[Biffy is more than happy to have the other dog chase him, sometimes even tackling him and pinning him before darting off again. He always makes sure to steer the dog in a way that they don't run into anyone or anything though. Partially because he doesn't want to break something and partially because he doesn't want anyone else to see.

Later when Ulaz goes looking, he'll find that Biffy and Procyon are curled in a corner together, Biffy grooming himself and the dog to make sure their fur is perfect.]

[Ulaz let them play, running off out of sight. He trusted that Biffy wouldn't do anything to get either of them hurt or do any damage to the ship so he continued a few of the checks that he had been working on before.

He did eventually find them again, cuddled up together with Biffy grooming both himself and Procyon. Procyon was definitely happy with this, more than willing to let his new wolf friend groom him, occasionally trying to groom Biffy a bit when able]

Seems he has been worn out. I'm glad you both enjoyed the chance.

[It's true. He had enjoyed the chase. Though, he's making a mental note to erase the camera footage when he has hands again. For now though, he settles to let the dog groom one of his ears. Perhaps a little odd but Procyon is just trying to be affectionate. He'll allow it.

Glancing at Ulaz, he wonders how all the checks went. Very difficult to ask when you don't have the parts for human speech.

Maybe he'll just assume it all went well.]

[If Ulaz had realized it was that important to not have evidence of it on the ship, he probably would have erased that himself after ensuring there wasn't anything suspicious, but he was unaware so he wasn't going to be doing that. So he's going to stand there for the moment as Procyon rather happily grooms Biffy's ear. He just wanted to be friends with the wolf!

But when Biffy glances at him, Ulaz gets the feeling he has something to ask... if he were able. After a moment, he figures it might have been what he was doing when he had first come across Biffy]

All of the checks went well. Things are going smoothly in Shiro's absence.

[Oh thank everything that Ulaz has figured out what he's trying to figure out how to ask. His ears perk up as a sign of how pleased he is.

Well one ear does. The other is flicking a little because the dog is cleaning it.

He gives a nod to show he understands. He's concerned about Shiro being gone but he's glad they can keep the ship in order until they can figure out if he's coming back or not. It would be terrible for him to come back to a ship in ruin.]

[It had seemed to a logical guess. Biffy was very professional when Ulaz was around him so the ship's business seemed like a thing he would wonder about.

He noticed the one ear perk up, Procyon kind of preventing the other from doing the same. Luckily for Biffy, seemed like the dog had gotten it out of his system (or gotten distracted) because only a few moments later, he stopped grooming Biffy and looked over at Ulaz.

He's concerned as well with Shiro being gone, but he's not going to let anything happen to Shiro's ship]

Hopefully his disappearance does not last long.

[There's a sigh from the wolf as he looks to his dog companion. He's worried about him. Procyon misses Shiro so badly. For his sake he's really hoping Shiro will return soon.

Nosing at him a little, he insists that the dog put his head down. Much like he's tucking a child into bed really.

He has a lot of siblings. He's really good at this.]

[Ulaz was worried about Procyon too which was why he had coaxed the dog into walking the ship with him. He had been spending his time in Shiro's cabin alone, waiting for his master and that had hurt to see. At least with him, he had a companion to not be lonely even if he still wanted his master to come back.

He can't help a faint smile watching as Biffy tried to get Procyon to put his head down. The dog seemed to resist for a few moments, like a "I'm not sleepy why do I have to" sort of thing. But finally, Procyon put his head down, resting it on his paws. Boy, how quickly he started to look worn out]

[Once Procyon finally gives in and starts to fall asleep, Biffy looks back up at Ulaz and gives a nod.

Don't worry. He'll watch Procyon for a bit. Ulaz can do whatever he likes or needs to.]

[Sleepy pup is sleepy. Procyon yawned, closing his eyes, snuggling back against Biffy.

Ulaz gave a nod to show that understood]

Thank you.

[And he would head off to finish checks]

[Biffy nods one more time and then it's pup sitting duty. Who better to watch over another canine than a fellow canine?

Besides, it helps him feel like he's not utterly useless during this time.]
